Convenient Real Fruit Bubble Tea location near Islington Station - can be accessed via the Bloor Islington Plaza exit that connects to the TTC Subway Station. They are only opened on Mondays to Friday, closed on Weekends and Holidays. There are no dine-in/seating and is a take-out store unit.It can get pretty busy and sometimes lineups as well. But you can just let them know you'll be right back if you want to get something quick at Sobeys supermarket nearby. The menu looks to be the same as the other locations in the GTA and chain locations. Menu is fairly easy to read for you to request the beverage of your choice and choose any add-ons. We ordered the Mango Diamond Slush and it was consistently delicious and not overly sweet. Staff are fairly quick to produce the beverages and service is not bad. Sometimes there's a wait - a bit hit or miss. Overall, not a bad location to have a beverage to make a pitstop or grab to go back to the office/work.
Very unsatisfying. Staff yelling at costumers. I ordered mango smoothie with tapioca but for some reason the staff is angry and I felt very bad. I feel too much to even give one star. I would never go there again.
We always order from here on Uber eats. The smoothies are SOOO good. They’re so cold and stay cold for a long time. I don’t know how they make them so delicious but they’re addicting. I could get one everyday!
Very unkind. The owner is yelling for some reason and I felt like getting ignored. I have no idea why so much people are visiting this place. It used to be good when there was different staff. But now, I have no reason to come here one more time :( I would like to give it a zero star.
I had terrible experience getting gift card. I could not link it to my account. I had to wait in store for 40 min to get the problem solved. Basically, the guy working there was reaching to tech specialist all 40 min; nothing happened. I was told to write email to customer support. I got no reply, not even acknowledgement of receipt. The week went by, still no reply. I went to the store again. Same story. 40 min. No reply. Finally, on 17th I got email that it is issue was resolved. No explanation of what happened, why it happened. Just like it was meant to happen. I expected a lot more from customer support.
Love going to this location to get bubble tea before work. The staff is very polite and sweet; always an amazing experience :)
I bought 2 medium smoothies, they gave me 2 smalls and then gave me attitude when i requested what i paid for. Instead of blending more fruit they added ice which just made it taste like water. Horrible location and customer service.

Yummy drinks. My fave and go-to Is the mango slush with tapioca. Recommend!
