Special thank you to the Chef Joe for his decadent traditional Alcatra dish. Offered as a special order, this dish served 6 people with plenty of left overs to send home with the guests! Joe recommended a nice rice dish and some wonderful milk bread to go along with the meal. It was a huge hit at the gathering and had our guests in flavour heaven! Thank you Joe for your exotic recommendation. Meals like this make it easy to invite and share in company. It was a memorable meal and experience. Thank you Joe!
Happy to support local but this was disappointing. First, COLD chicken and it was pick up! Salad was old but the dressing was tasty. Rice was hard, crunchy bits. Potatoes were lacklustre. Not a true representation of what Portuguese rotisserie should be.
My husband and I were looking something to eat during the lunch hour. I pick this place! AND BOY WE WERE HAPPY !!! Inside the restaurant it clean, the cashier/waiter took his time to answer all of our questions. The portion of the food was just enough not too little or too much .We also order a side of codfish cakes and Bacalhau it was so good! the rice has a lot of flavor. The hot sauce was different from any other hot sauce I had in the past. it has small hit of hotness and zesty. I have nothing good to say about this place. I will definitely go back and try something else on their menu.
We have had several different meals here recently - family meal of the rotisserie chicken and 2 medium sides and fish dinners. Enjoyed the seasoning on the chicken. Everything tastes really good. Also the staff are always very nice and friendly. It’s nice to support a local business so we will be back.
You walk in and the place smells AMAZING. Even tho they were busy I was greeted and all the staff was super friendly. The place is clean, bright and nicely decorated. We got a variety of foods. Everything was unbelievably tasty! There was not one thing that wasn't delicious and all options were generous. I cannot recommend them enough!
Veggies are fresh and steamy. Chicken croquets are oily and room temperature. They appear they are on a warm tray but did not taste fresh unless you take it home and heat it up.The chicken is average. The sauce is just frank's hot sauce.They have what appears to be fresh baked bread but what turned me off was how it is within spitting distance of the customers ordering. This should be behind glass or covered.For a family businesses I was expecting more quality and unique flavours but was disappointed.The gentlemen working there was nice and helpful to bring catering tray for a lady to her car.They seem like a nice family but they have a long ways to go before they can rely on word of mouth spreading quickly. I will try them again in a few months and provide an updated review.
Great place for home made styled Portuguese Chicken with bakery attached. Family owned and operated by very nice people. I live in the area, drove by them for a long time before finally stopping in for a family meal and glad I did!! This has become my family’s go to place. Clean and well kept with great value for money too.

Great lunch here. Unfortunately no indoor seating. But the food is amazing.Had the seafood feature special.Very well done.Next time i have to try the chicken.The staff was very helpful and nice to deal with.Highly recommend.
Great Portuguese joint for both dine-in and takeouts. The food is budget-friendly, fresh and flavourful. The restaurant managed by James and all the staff are very warm and friendly. I will definitely recommend the restaurant for authentic Portuguese cuisine.
