I have order one of the deal which has one medium pizza with 3 cans and 12 wings. But i get only a pizza with dipping sauce. The worst think was when i call them, the lady who picked up the phone was so rude and said she cannot do anything and she gave phone to someone else and another girl said she was speaking from call centre… lol.Never go there, it is worst place with cheap communication skills with customers because she didn’t even realized mistake and say sorry for wrong order..
I waited an hour for my food, your delivery was late, the pizza was cold, the driver came to my door without a pizza heat bag and then you guys don't answer the phone.You guys really need a lesson in customer service maybe try getting some help from PIZZA DEPOT.
Had a delivery for desi style pizza . Had one of the worst Popular pizza from this location. Tandoori paneer was v less , was missing the desi style on dhaniya was on it . Moreover felt like no salt on the tandoori paneer . Will avoid this location for sure .
Even one star is a lot more for the popular pizza because i could not choose zero stars for it. I wish I could give zero star to them. Customer service is really so so so so so bad. They make a mistake and do not even try to fix upon customer’s complaint if they made pizza wrong. We paid $20 for the pizza and did not even eat one slice. Thanks to their service and food quality.
I asked the person at store that did she put my dippings inside the box and she said yes and after coming home there is no dipping at all and got already charged for that... very bad service:(

Very bad kind of smell from the pizza. When i called the store about it. The lady at the counter instead of accepting the mistake. She replied in a very arrogant way. Never purchase pizza from rexdale location. Staff is not at all trained to make a pizza. Waste of money
Found iron bolt in slice of Pizza. It is unbelievable to found this thing in a food. Thank God i saw it before eating it. im going to file a complaint in food safety department.
They delivered pizza like this , and when we complaint their response was they can’t do anything , or either they can give 5$ discount next time
Regular base plus vegeratin toppings, comes out to be one of the best pizza I have ever had!! Loved it
