I was always a big fan of the Popeye cartoons! I'm not sure if the Popeye's restaurant actually serves any spinach!!?? I hope this review like the chicken makes you smile and feel good! ?So you see I used to actually be very afraid of Popeye's now remember it's an American chain and they have some good seafood dishes. The first few times that I ate at Popeye's when they came to Canada I got sick to my tummy.?However they have some delicious deals and this location I would happily give a good review because besides being well located and looking snazzy it prepares the food proper and the hard-working staff are usually Pleasant. Remember that the fast food industry gets dizzy so please use your manners whether you're dining in or taking out!???So there's even some supplement company called Popeye's that's not a Shameless self-promotion on trying to make people smile so whether you just want some pop or you want to say aye aye aye! Please drive safe know what you want ahead of time to make life easier for other customers and the staff! Drive safe this is located not far from Kipling and there is a big green area about a block west that you can walk around and eat some delicious chicken!!!Olive oil might be available!??♂️?? ??Just remember that Popeye gets really jealous if you can't keep your hands off olive oil!??
Late after concert went here. Front Server was extremely very efficient knew her menus like the back of her hand easily read out what was in each dish. Asked if you wanted condiments. Gave her tip! Got two meals Chicken strips combos. Was a busy place.
First I sent my friend I had to work she had her baby. So she told me she had really rude unprofessional service. Second You guys only serve Cajun gravy, if someone isn't into that offer to put it on the side. I didn't eat the potatoes. It's not Cajun it bad flavor. Third. The fountain beverages taste like the machine has never been thoroughly cleaned. I've worked in quite a few restaurants. I corrected managers and owners on this plenty of times in my life before doing what I currently do. Lastly offer some butter or something. Ask about condiments especially if your guna charge for freaking ranch. Butter should be free one per biscuit. I'm not broke in any way shape or form it's about the principle and the service.
I ordered take out here several weeks ago and the Supervisor working that day gave me the old stale cold dried out chicken that must have been sitting there for hours.The staff were polite and friendly enough. However, the quality of food even for a fast food joint was terrible. I couldn’t eat 95% of the chicken and ended up wasting it and thus my hard earned money. I believe this franchise location has poor quality food services. As a result I will not go to this location and the franchise for chicken again.
Third visit again today March 30,2022. Ordered spicy chicken sandwich and delivered right after a minute I ordered. It was so fresh. The store also seems to be clean and staff was on their positions. Really Impressed. Must have a visit :)
Me and my friend ordered Chicken Sandwich, Cajun fries on April 3 at 2:50 AM and I could say that I have never tasted this Oily, Soggy, stale fries before! I am not that kind of person who would go back and argue so I will simply not go there in future and let know my friends not to go there as well. I threw away the fries after eating some as the oil in it made me started to feel bloated!In addition to this, the chicken sandwich did not tasted good to my friend and was not at all crunchy. We are never going to this branch again.
The best chicken I have ever had in Canada?The customer service is the best, especially people who work during the day..The girl taking the order is always pleasant and greets everyone with a smile.The manager(one with a green shirt) is very quick and neat when it comes to order packing.overall, i have had the best experience at Popeyes.Would surely recommend this place for a happy dine-in.
I went to this popeyes for the first time at 5306 Dundas st w. It was around 30$ order which I made and noticed the fries was SUPER OILY, DRY, OLD. I went back to tell them about the fries and instead of say sorry and giving me 1 order of fresh fries, the manager was arguing and giving me attitude. I'm a regular customer at popeyes at a different location and will not be going to popeyes anymore.
Ordered here 3 times. First one was okay in January 2022Second was 4 re-fried discussing chicken sandwiches feb 20Third time was re-fried 2 can dine deal. March 13.I’d recommend checking your food before taking it with you.
During the pandemic many of the late night food choices have disappeared. I was very happy to discover that this Popeye's location is 24 hours. Service was fast, food was fresh and delicious.
