## Bad Customer Experience## Me and my friends are very frequent visitors, however, I think there are new associates that have been recruited who needs to be retained and coached, adding on, I visited on Sunday 20/3/2022 10:22pm to order 4 pieces of chicken and I was told that it’s going to take 45 minutes to prepare because the cook was busy, but for the matter of fact I know that the maximum wait time is 15 minutes for fresh chicken and the store barely had people inside for orders. I cancelled my order because they were rude too, walked back home hungry felt bad. I will personally talk to the manager once he is back from his vacation as he is my friend too.
Everything was good, except for the services. We had 2 adults and 1 very small infant. We asked for a family meal, but we were not sure if it was too big for us, the staff just told us it was not big and totally suitable for us. However, we couldn't finish half of them. We asked again, they just explained that it depended on the people. So did they think two tiny Asian people can eat that much? Worst service ever in my life. The family meal was little bit overpriced and have no drink, just be aware. Thanks.
Look at the date not even 15 mins sitting in my car to check the chicken they give me always they selling rotten chicken taken money and given rotten food to eat be careful people what ur eating
Its good but on special days product seems cold. I ordered few times mini burgers but cam cold quiet a few time. I do like overall products at popeyes. I love spicy chincken burger as well chicken nugets, wings, legs, and brest etc.
Sorry to say that I was served the driest poutine in my whole life last Friday. Was it because I had ordered the Friday special which is cheaper than the regular poutine that there was practically no gravy?
Order from any other popeyes. This popeyes has chicken that has a distinct taste (foul, tastes like dead fish). And I order Popeyes from many locations religiously, and ordered from this location about 30 times because there was no other popeyes in the area. All those 30 times their chicken tastes awful.

I put through a huge order for my work, we don't have a huge time slot for eating as we are a busy retail store. They cancel my order 20 minutes after ordering, without confirming with me. This has never happened with any other restaurants. Horribly managed, order elsewhere.
I should put 1 star food is good but service is very poor they should be retrain again,were enjoying our food already but saddenly they asking for proof of vaccination which is mandatory i undersrand but they ask for proof then they ask us to come back for photo id again then come back again for our cp number,omg 5 times i come back in the counter in middle of enjoying my food,my appetite gone,the girl is rude also serving food,im just eating now just want to finish first my review so that manager can correct this kind of poor service,november 22,2021...6:45 pm.....!!!!!
Delicious food like always. Way better than KFC.
