The lady working at 10 pm was rude right off the offset. Not asking any questions to help with my order. I ordered a 5 piece with biscuit and coleslaw on the side. Got home and the coleslaw was missing along with 3 drumsticks and 2 slightly bigger pieces. Called in asking about how I could be compensated for my missing coleslaw as I was not going to drive 15 mins back for it. The lady rudely says come back and I will give it to you. When I said no she says come back next time and I will give it to you for free. A coleslaw that I paid for she will give it for free next time. I asked for managers name and number and was told I could not have it.
Popeyes is a franchise much like the other ones but are known for their chicken sandwich and so on. My family and I got their chicken sandwich and it doesn’t even come with lettuce or mayo. It is what it says it is. Crispy chicken sandwich which is good but I just think they should add some lettuce and mayo to give it more flavour. We all know it’s deep fried food but for some reason after eating this burger from here my whole family and I have a stomach ache. We don’t feel good after we eat it . This has happened more than once. Maybe consider not deep frying the chicken intensely.
If you want your order to be messed up without fail every time, order from this location. The wait times are abysmal and they will always forget one item you've ordered no matter what. If you complain about it, nobody cares or steps up to actually make things right.
I usually get great service from this place but today I went in for a ticket order and my side was onion rings and all I got was six of them.
Pretty nice and clean from inside. Friendly employees and obviously the food was great like always. Overall lovely experience!!
This location of Popeyes is a hit or miss, definitely a run in and out type of deal. The deals are worth going for if you're craving for fast food. Make sure to take advantage of the online Popeyes coupons that you can activate before you get to the cashier. Customers that come here can vary and the staff doesn't try to do anything to deescalate or make other customers feel safe.Food and beverage wise, consistent with other Popeyes. If you're ordering popcorn shrimp, 10mins; if you're ordering chicken, probably around 5min pending on sides you chose. They have a nice assorted Coca-Cola Freestyle machine that you can mix beverages/fill again. The biscuits are good enough and the Cajun gravy on mashed potatoes is delicious.Location/interior wise, it's clean and organized. Staff is nice and maintains a decent system to navigate between in-store customers and the various amounts of delivery apps they use. Unfortunately that the few times I've been to this Popeyes, the customers that go here could be really sketch/rowdy that deters customers away but their employees/manager does nothing about it.
Personal opinion: KFC is better... But as far as we just have to look at this specific place. The space is big and nice, staff was polite and quick enough to complete order in no time. Just feel free to ask for help while ordering if you don't know what to have.
The manager is at the front counter and was very polite and friendly. Ordering and getting our food was flawless. Superb customer service
So far this store did not disappoint me. I always order here and their chicken are always fresh and crispy. I also find that their chicken is not as salty as other store which I find odd.Customer service is also quick and friendly.
Ordered 3 meals, asked for hot sauce and they said "they have none, the warehouse is closing". What does that even mean? Tried to get clarity if they are out of stock for today, if there's supply chain issues, just kept getting told "warehouse is closed".3 orders, no ketchup, no napkins, no cutlery, no hot sauce. Seems like the franchise owner is trying to nickel and dime on condiments to save money. I'll take my business somewhere else.
