Major quality issues and poor customer service. My husband and I like to support local restaurants and we've ordered here several times. But lately quality has gone way down. This order was the last straw. We ordered the Bufalina Pizza and it came with these huge chunks of straight up fat (pictured) which was supposed to be prosciutto. It was disgusting in texture, impossible to eat or cut. Seriously the worst pizza I've ever had. When I called the restaurant they were supremely unhelpful and didn't apologise, nor seem to care that there was an issue. The food was totally inedible. I will never order from here again.

First time visiting based on the reviews of the pizza and found everything else on the menu to be just as tasty. Highly recommend! Our server Stephanie was on point with all her menu suggestions and made the dining experience such a pleasure. Will definitely go back!

A great addition to the area, with great vibes and great food! Also, bonus hidden patio in the back! We've been to this Italian restaurant for the second time and the food has been consistently delicious.Their menu ranges from the standard pizza, pasta and appetizers that have been great choices so far! For the antipasti (appetizer), we've had the Arancini (mushroom risotto balls with squid ink breading and truffle aioli), Calamari Fritti (deep-fried calamari), and Calamari Alla Griglia (grilled calamari in romesco sauce). Don't miss out on the Arancini, we almost ordered a second helping cause of how delicious it was!For mains (Pasta e Risotto section), we've had the Rigatoni Bolognese and the Tonnarelli Pescatore. Both were solid choices and look small, but very filling and worth the value. For Pizze Rosse, we've ordered the Pizza Oro and the Pepperoni. Very generous amounts of pepperoni and toppings. For Pizze Bianche, we've ordered the Tartufo. The Tartufo became one of the table's favourites! They cook the pizza via their wood-fired oven and can see it done in person. The attention from the cook is great to watch! The service was great with staff checking constantly on water, service and food. They accept cash or credit cards. The music is a tad loud pending on the number of people, but the overall vibe and staff are overly friendly. The bar area and dining area are very clean and organized as well. The bathroom is in the back near the patio/bar area. Do note, that the restaurant has parking which is located in the back and you enter via the Cordova Avenue side (after the convenience store). Overall, would recommend friends and family to visit again for the delicious eats!

A true gem ? in Etobicoke: Delicious food and pizzas ?, great cocktails ?, wines ? and beer ? selection and the excellent service provided by friendly and knowledgeable Brian/Bryan and Mimi makes it my favourite pizzeria in Etobicoke.

Service was excellent. Staff member well informed on wines and pairing. Very helpful.Food was delicious, would come again. The Pasta was great but the pizza was very delicious!Food came out at a reasonably time. Definitely coming back again for the pizza and staff.

In the middle of packing/moving, popped in here for a quick lunch. Quattro Sagioni pizza was very quick to arrive but so delicious I actually took time to decompress a little. Better for my digestion and my energy level. Even ordered the cannoli. Chose the cherry creme. Light, fresh, with just the right touch of sweet. That matched how fresh the pizza tasted. Yes, fresh, light but filling pizza. Taking the untouched half home for my dinner. I’ll be back.

I was looking for a new pizza place to try in Etobicoke and decided to try Via Napoli as it is pretty close and has good reviews. I purchased two pizzas, two pastas, and some sides. All together, the total came to just over $100. The pizzas were really really good, I saw the guys making the pizzas in the wood burning oven at the front. That being said, the other dishes I ordered really left a lot to be desired. I ordered two rigitoni bolognese ($18 each) - it tasted fine but the portion was really small and not worth it. The grilled calamari was not edible. It had a horrible fishy smell and I don't think the squid was fresh. The mixed green salad resembled the pre-packaged store bought salads, except, a few sliced cherry tomatoes were thrown in. It too was not edible as there were a bunch of rotten leaves in the salad making it soggy and mushy. If you stick just to the pizza here, you should be fine. I would pass on the rest of the menu.

We had a great time with my friends. Gabriella served us tonight and provided us warm and welcoming experience. Pizzas and chicken were on the spot. The restaurant has a great Italian desert option as well. Place getting busy around 6, so make sure you make reservations.I would recommend this place ??#pizzatime

My family love this place to eat we usually give it 5 stars as a review, but this time unfortunately I must give it 1 star because the pizza we ordered for our son was totally burned this has been very disappointing please do not degrade its quality because this It is the easiest way to lose frequent customers like we have been.

The best place to enjoy authentic Italian food. I absolutely loved the place. The service, dining space and the food is up to the mark. The food is super fresh and the staff gives you the best recommendation. I would definitely revisit the place to enjoy the food.
