My second time ordering Pizzaiolo, and both times have been great!This time we ordered a party size of Spinotta and The Godfather. Both are amazing flavours and it was great having them together to balance each other out.We also got a deep dish Mafioso. We were a bit disappointed with the deep dish because we were expecting a Chicago style deep dish. It is just a very thick crust without the extra sauce and toppings that Chicago style has. But we still enjoyed it because it tasted delicious!Additionally, we ordered a greco salad, which was good, but nothing too special.So far, my favourites here are Honey Heat and Spinotta.
I’m a big time Pizzaiolo fan. The bread here is amazing tasting, ingredients are fresh, sauces are options you don’t see everywhere, and combining all together it makes for a perfect Friday takeout. This location is one of the best (if not THE best) Pizzaiolo location I know. The guys here work hard and display good teamwork. They’ve never got my order wrong and always accommodate for the ingredient mix I like to experiment with. Only issue is the online ordering which has had a couple of hiccups in the past (should have been fixed by now) but even then, they’re always accommodating and make sure they provide a fast but accurate and high quality service to you.
You would think with the premium price comes a premium pizza … we’ll think again . Basic pizza , cheap on toppings , no taste etc etc . Disappointing at best but more accurately a rip off ! Toppings were so stingy cheese didn’t even cover the whole pizza … basically bread with sauce. Yuck . I know inflation is hurting everybody but come on it’s not like the prices are cheap. Never again
The pizza was just “ok”. Nothing special . It wasn’t much better than other fast food pizza places but 25% more expensive . We ordered a large special with two toppings and were surprised how little and cheap they were on the toppings . Barely any cheese and we counted 15 pepperoni and 10 small pieces of bacon per a whole large . It was pathetically dressed with many dry spots on the pizza due to lack of toppings . It was basically greasy bread with a few toppings on it. Every one who had the pizza agreed it was bland and flavourless . Not impressed . Will not buy from them again.
This pizza is awesome! Very yummy and delicious. The service is great ( Farzan) ,definitely I will recommend to my friends and family. Gabriel
Great pizza - fresh, crispy bottom with a nice doughy top and fresh ingredients - many organic ingredient options as well. They deliver locally for a small fee (about $4).They can be on the pricy side for pizza, but they generally have promos on that make it a good deal.Delivery was not contactless - even though I paid and left a tip during checkout online.I caution anyone ordering online to pay attention as you check out as they add the tip automatically - you can edit / remove during the checkout. Not that its a bad thing, but I often prefer to tip the driver in cash at the door.I'm giving them 4 stars not 5 as I tried to call in to ask them to add some chili flakes to my order (called several times) and never got through. I've also tried to call in an order for pick up in the past and was not able to get through to anyone (they don't answer the phone).
I ordered from these guys the other day. They said 30 minutes. I drove over to their young st location. As I pulled up the called me. Sorry we’re out of dairy free cheese. Who waits 25min to figure out they can’t fulfill the order?

Wow.. what a terrible service from Alex!!! Large cheese pizza was made well done on the burnt side but he claim that how they bake their pizza. The second pizza we order had no issues. Super rode guy. End up throwing the pizza cause the kids couldn’t eat that. Nothing special about that pizza.
Horrible customer service! Employee was angry and impatient and rushed us through the order resulting in the wrong pizza. We asked specifically for pizzas without sauce and they clearly couldn’t understand such simple instructions. Although we called close to the closing time, that is no excuse to be rude and hasty with customers.
