The most amazing burger in the GTA. Really friendly staff and cool retro chair set outside to eat at. Definitely the place to get burgers, also happy to find these one off businesses, that’s when you know it’s good.
OBQ Burgers is absolutely amazing. My burger was so fresh and flavourful. It was truly the best burger I've ever had! The new owner Mike is a real gentleman. This place is a real gem. Go check it out!!!!
OBQ Burgers is under NEW Management as of July 2022.The new owner Mike, brings in some new vibes to this existing local joint and a warm smile with the outstanding food that they continue to put out. Best Burger and Onion Rings I had in a long time. Their handmade beef patties are full of flavor and their OBQ house Burger Sauce is like no other ????? yum!
Really pleased with the quality of food they serve. Nothing fancy of a joint, but they certainly fancy with their food. The kids all had Jr. Burgers and us big kids had the OBQ Signature Burger ? ? and oh boy... we all had food coma. Meat quality is exceptional and their sauces are obviously their own recipes as I have never tasted anything like this before.
Probably some of the best burgers in the city. Their blue cheese burger is killer and don't skip on their specialty fries. The Zeus fries were right up my alley.
ykno i love this place, the food is amazing. the staff have historically always been just wonderful. today i went to grab a bite and the curly haired gent was so polite to customers and very snarky and rude to the lady working with him.she hadnt put the burgers where they were supposed to be for him to assemble them to he snaps "and these burgers theyre supposed to be OVER HERE" then when he walks back to the orders he snaps at her for not putting my onion rings in the bag " WHEN YOU COMPLETE THE ORDER IT SHOULD BE IN THE BAG" or something to that effect. i was really put off by the way she was being treated. even if shes in training, no one was rushing all the customers were cool to chill and wait for their food.your mental health is important too, clearly hes overwhelmed and needs some help and maybe she needs to be trained properly? or maybe shes doing what shes been told by someone else - i have no way of knowing.all i know is that life is stressful enough without someone treating you badly while you work to keep a roof over your head.
I'm not a huge burger fan.. mainly because they're everywhere and often don't live up to the hype or price.These are good patties. The taste of the meat alone is great which is a must for me, not just covered in ketchup and mustard. It's like they just grind up AAA steaks for the meat or something. A really good burger choice.4 stars is my 5 stars for a burger joint. They would have to really blow my mind to get five stars, which almost happened.
Awesome local burger joint! The burgers are big the fries are crispy and the gravy is old school. If I'm walking the dog they even run the food out the door to me. who doesn't love a good local burger and fries
Great burger place with very good poutine! This place doesn't have dine in, which is a shame, but the food was great.
