Love the products they sell! Had a little issue, but it was solved extremely fast and exceeded all my expectations! Great services!
Definately will not recommend this store no more, specially after very bad experiance from the owner wife, selling peoples order on December 31/21, from regular customer, with no appologies or any afford to accommodate person who place an order.After all, I realize, they don’t care much about quality of the service or how to treat people at there store, all they care about is money and their interest, or make customer happy. The place become so crowd, to many items,stuff for small place,not enough space. As regular customer’s, my roommate and I use to come at least twice a month, from London to this location, to purchase some goodies. Well, after all what happen the previous time, I can say one thing for sure is that they lost our trust,respect and business.
I like goods they sell, but the customer service is very poor, when your are in the store you don't feel welcomed, everything is chaotic, very tight, if they make you wait (and they always do) you are stuck amd have to let people go but moving to the other side of the store and then go back.I mostly come for their basterma, they sell it one piece, so I always ask to cut it, first they charge extra for cutting, second they always roll their eyes and sometimes even refuse to do it. Once lady told me "I can't cut it know I'm too busy, come in the evening" Seriously? I came from Mississauga to buy basterma and she just turned me away for nothing... Once a man working there made me wait just because, I asked to cut smth, so he said to another guy to let me wait (there was no one in line), assuming I don't know Bosnian language (I don't but my native language is very similar so I could understand) Not nice at all.I must admit their smoked goods are really nice, but after all this I always think twice if I want to go there.
great shop with a wonderful selection of food! the staff are very nice and helpful.the chepavi are DELICIOUS and worth the drive! be sure you grab a fresh pretzel while you're there and thank me later ?
Be aware when you ordering online, they charge more than what cost is and they don't care when you ask why, nor give you money back. Very bad customer service, very bad response. Please stay far away from online orders.
Very disorganized ordering "system" for take out. If one person doesn't know where to order, it screws up things for everyone else. Simple signs indicating where to wait, where to order, and arrows showing the direction would be helpful. The tickets for the orders also have two different numbers and every employee tells us a different number is our order number. I'm fine with waiting for food but we waited 45 mins and watched how chaotic the ordering was.Covid measures are not enforced. The owner/manager did not wear a mask at all, some employees wore them under the chin. Some customers felt entitled enough not to even bother coming in with a mask. I asked one lady where her mask was and she just turned her head from me. Honestly I was so annoyed standing around in the store watching all of this unfold and I did want to call bylaw.Still using Styrofoam containers. ?Food is good and there's a decent select of options but that's about it.
Food was good, but everything was very disorganized. They lost my order number and i ended up waiting half an hour. The tickets have two numbers on them and the staff didn't know which one was the order number. Most of the staff didn't wear masks, either.
Great burek and other European goodies. Staff is very friendly (just need to enforce Covid precautions a bit better ;)
One of my favorite spots to grab lunch. Always fresh food and made to order!
They gave me frozen cottage cheese and called it Kajmak lol. Also the frozen cevapi were all stuck together. Had to let defrost instead of grilling on bbq from frozen, like suggested on the box. Very dissapointed!
