Never again! Very bad taste ..very old ingredients..
***✋?health risk alert***This is the worst food I ever had in Toronto, for that matter in my life. The rating they have does not reflect the current condition and operation of the restaurant. The chicken dish we ordered was smelly, and chicken was clearly rotten to the point it would be a health hazard to eat.. Someone has to report it to Public health about this. Please check the photo..From the taste and look I can definitely say lamb and beef would have been reheated more than twice.Water they provided was gross - please check the photo.I asked the server, and he was so dishonest saying everything was cooked just now and fresh (an insult to anyone who eats food). We paid a bill of 80 plus. Before you order, please check the toppings table at the front, if its dirty and if the items are not fresh be rest assured that they will provide very low quality food from couple of days back.I did own a restaurant and we never treated any of our customers cheap. If you can't operate it due to pendamic, you should admit without cutting corners like this to the point you put public health at risk. Please read some of other 1 star reviews to see similar issues they have faced. If you are not lucky enough to be served the fresh batch, be ready to face the consequences for eating almost rotten food .. ?
No doubt most of the reviewers have eaten in another restaurant. The couscous is very salty and disgusting. The lamb is basically 4 large pieces of bones only with no meat. It was highly gross that I threw food worth more than $60 in the garbage. I have been to bad restaurants but this was the worst. There is no way this is a true Moroccan restaurant.
A very decent place for authentic Moroccan food. The wait time was slightly longer that initially communicated. The food was great. I recommend their tea.
We were recommended this place for authentic Moroccan food. We enjoyed the food but the whole restaurant had only 1 waiter. So when we needed anything we had to get the waiter's attention. We ordered the lamb tangine and the lamb cous cous. Both were delicious. We would come here for the food again. Delicious
I recommend you to dine at morocco house restaurant ,it is nice place to try Moroccan foods, last time we enjoyed eating lamp tajin and chicken couscous ,and drank mint tea ,,,
Really enjoyed my dinner here last night. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, super yummy food. We had tajin, couscous and mix of appetizers. All were delicious. Also had some tea - Wow! Yummy. We'll be back again soon.
Food was decent. Only one waiter tho. Cash only. Lamb was so tender. Decor was nice. The pot of tea is definitely a gem unique thing and all the food was pretty authentic!
They seemed short staffed when we decided to go dine in. Had to call the waiter a couple of times by getting up fromMy seat and when we got to order a dish was not available.Food seemed fresh and delicious and also authentic. The khubz served was dry and hard so did not enjoy that.Liked the decorations.Payment was only by cash so that was not convenient at all and had to drive off to get cash before we could sit and order.
What an ambience, makes you feel like you are actually in Morocco! You can feel their hospitality and their culture just by dinning in there! Great staff working there to represent that! Highly recommended
