Location at Dundas and Shaver Ave needs serious attention. its dated, always slow and make mistakes. To avoid this location I go to Bloor and Mill although it's further away for me...

Nothing fast about this food!Went through the drivethru and ordered 6 nuggets and asked for them to be fresh… I pulled away only to find out the nuggets are stale! Went back through the drive-thru to tell them what happened, they told me to park in the front and they will bring it out … I watched everyone parked around me get their food. I finally called the girl over to ask what is going on and it seems they forgot about me she didn’t know what was going on…. 20 minutes later I had to get out of my car to figure out what was happening… I asked for the manager whose name is Raman and they offered nothing to me for the inconvenience … store number 23626 … horrible experience!
Always like 50 years agoNever disappointed. Always hot just cooked. I must have had 500 perfect Big Mac,s by now.600 fries and 100 cones, maybe 200(: root beer the best.
Way back in the maybach, I ordered some McDonald’s. They didn’t give me the receipt even tho I asked, so my work couldn’t reimburse me so I’m out 30 bucks.Atleast I got a Maybach.
Had an app problem where my order wasn’t showing up. Went in to talk to the crew. Staff was generally nice except for one supervisor. She insisted I clicked something wrong, although it was clearly an app error. Accused me of doing so at least 4x after I showed her my order on my phone, the location, went through all the steps with her. Did not offer to give my the coffee I paid for. Manager had to come resolve the issue. Such a waste of my time for a coffee.Again - my issue is with that one supervisor. Rest of staff were great.
My first ever McDonald's visit in Canada was great! This place was far outside Toronto and made for a great pit-stop on our way to Oakville. The staff were friendly and the place was pretty clean.
Coffee grounds in my cup. Absolutely appalling!I will be making my way back to this restaurant to demand compensation. Imagine taking a gulp with all the grounds in your mouth. They serve this garbage to customers.
They Always screw up my take out. Omg so inconvenient. I'll never go drive thru again. There's always something missing or wrong sandwich. Its such an easy job
If you dont like to work QUIT. Dont throw your dirty attitude on customers ?
