I'm going to give this review to all McDonald's company in general. The taste is changing, the big Mac is becoming a mini Mac! Since when would someone has to get 2 big Macs to get filled up. ? and why is the food becoming more and more like plastic! The bread in these burgers are so cancerous its unbelievable! The meat is becoming so small, it won't feed a mouse. Last time I'll eat McDonald's in my life.
Forgot a happy meal hamburger for my niece. There was no answer when I tried to call them and the voice message that the line was unavailable. My niece was unhappy when she was looking forward to it and I had to share my big Mac with her. Not a good service. They need to fix their phone line as we were expecting everything to be in the bag.
I ordered a box of coffee & 12 mini donuts. When ordering I asked if they had Apple Fritters & Bostin Cream. They said yes so I ordered 5 Apple Fritters & 5 Boston creams & 2 of their choice. When receiving the donuts the woman said we didn't have all you wanted so we put a few extra in. I parked at the side for my box of coffee. I looked in the box & there were only 12 donuts no extra & 8 Apple Fritters, 2 Maple & 2 pink donuts. I complained was offered a refund. Nice offer, but don't say you have them when you don't. Not my 1st disappointment at this location.
Been here lots. The have messed up my order a few times claiming to give me free fries that never actually happened. But screw it is McDonalds they are under paid and still manage to do a good job
This McDonalds is always available when that midnight craving kicks in. Love the place and their offerings. The food is consistent and hot.My only gripe is that there doesn't seem to be enough staff to operate efficiently. As this is right by many other stores, it is the perfect place to grab a meal whilst shopping
Ordered from here, for 3, via Uber while in Etobicoke.Our order was cold through and through- but can't determine that from the driver or establishment.Beef burgers were raw and buns were burnt.Forgotten fries and beverages and incorrect orders (3 meals at 10pm).Do not recommend for delivery
This McDonald's is the worst ever. One time I found a black hair in my fries, reported it to the city but nothing was done as you see from the moldy burger buns photo in the help review. Another time I ordered coffee double cream, they gave me a cup of cream with 2 shots of coffee, one manager just stared at the order board all the time, staff are slow and rude, when you find a good staff member, I wrote a great review for her, the she left for a better job, this male manager calls her up and tells her she got a good review and gives her my name ( violating my privacy) then This manager tells her the only reason she got a good review was because she gave me favors???? Is he crazy, that was totally false, the owners don't respond to customers complaints and the cycle of bad service and food continues, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, close down this location
Honestly this McDonalds I have been going to for 5 years now as we live 2 blocks away and my husband and i have just stopped going. They used to be amazing. The last straw for me was before covid and like usual they made us pull on a pick up spot from the drive through that I have already waited in for 10 minutes to then wait another 25 minutes with my three month old daughter crying in the back. If this was one time I would be okay but this happens all the time at this location and never used to happen before. New management needs to get it together. The only time we go now is when my mom visits from tobermory for coffee muffins and breakfast and she is still receiving the same terrible service. From the three days she was here they over charged her. Then they didnt mix our coffee so we got a sugary surprise at the bottom. Then they forgot halph our breakfast another day. To then making her pull to the side to watch everyone else receive there orders while she waits for 1 bagle... also they dont feel the need to put a receipt in a bag or ask if you want one so who knows what you acctually just paid for. Garbage. It would be faster to just drive to no frills and make your own lunch then wait for this mc Donald's. Keep driving foalks.
Just for coffees and a muffin, I waited almost 30minutes ???? (laughing in pain). When I tasted the coffee, it was like hot water with 1/2 lime ?. I was too scared to go back ( not waiting again). Have a good weekend ?
Normally I don’t write reviews, but I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes now and I’m bored. This is the most consistently slow Mc Donald’s that I’ve come across, with the possible exception of the Kincardine location. If you visit this location, whether you’re ordering inside or in the drive through, expect to wait at least 15 minutes to get your food as a best case scenario. Today it took 25 minutes on the nose in the drive thru. Avoid at all costs if you can. The location at Dundas and Kipling is much better.
