This location sucks. Pretty much Everytime I have went there they messed up my order. My mother lives across the street and craves Mc Donald's fries or else I wouldn't ever go. If I order anything more than 1 meal it's all wrong. One time I grabbed 2 happymeals for the kids, a meal for myself and a large Fri and Mc double for my mother, my burger was wrong my mother's was wrong her fries not even in the bag. The kids don't like the yogart so I told them to keep it but asked for 2 packs of mayo instead to which they told me I had to pay lol needles to say I took the yogart back and it went in the garbage..no common sense .. I would however like to end on a positive note and say that the older ladies do amuch better job.. to the management, you would be better off only hiring the older Lady's ..they are much more efficient
Garbage place has the most weirdest employees still cant make orders always have line ups and SkipTheDishes waiting for like 20-30 minutes. Not fast food for sure unhealthy too
Too many mistakes at this location. Either they mess up your order or the quality of your food is a disaster. Ordered ice cream sundaes through skip and they barley filled them half way in the cup. Called Mc Donald’s to inform them and Janie claims she filled them when they clearly were barely half filled. She is such a liar
This place has such a high volume of people. But seem like this McDonald's is losing alot of it customer because they hire the worst of the worst manager to run their business. They are incompetent, rude, racist and horrible customer service. If the manager was more educated and had experience dealing with customer this place would be pack at all times. Pretty sad that the leader is a horrible person and cannot lead anyone or anything. Don't waste your money. When you order some and you ask them for a sauce they charge you .30¢. Last I remember, if you order a meal you are entitled to a free sauce. Also so sad that she did not know the price of the sauce, and one of her employee had to correct her because she said the wrong price.
OMG . I used to live in Etobicoke and I'm glad I live in brampton now this place has really gone down. It took forever just to get a coffee and then the guy made it wrong. Instead of remaking it he added Splenda to the already sugar and cream that he already put in it.
Less space than a mall good court stand but they work fast and efficiently.
Small spot, NO DRIVE THRU, staff were very polite and the food was made properly. Nothing was dripping or looked off. Had breakfast and took 3 different meals to go. Hashbrowns were fresh, hotcakes weren't soggy; very yummy in fact. 3 ladies were working and they had a good rapport as well.
Do not order online. They always forget something (skip the dishes is amazing every time) but this store is awful like how do you always forget to add to someone’s order. I used to work at a McDonald’s it’s not that hard ? worse McDonalds ever and I’m never going back/ordering from there
This location is horrible I waited 15 minutes for food with only three customers. The lady behind the register was amazing too bad the rest of her team wasn't
Do not order online from this place! My story: I ordered online breakfast. Felt lazy to drive. McSausage and 2 hashbrowns. Delivered at home(thank you Uber Eats). Surprize. I had only 1 hashbrown. You can say: forget it. Who cares? Well I care. I called McDonalds at this location and explain what happened. After she asked me for details of my order the lady says: “I am sorry for the mistake. Come here and I will give you a free sandwich.”I was thinking ok she is nice. Went there… she gave me a bag with something inside. Went home. Open the bag….. Inside there were 2 hashbrowns ?
