Oh God, their Chicken drumsticks were fantastic. Skin was crispy and tasty, while the meat was juicy and flavourful. The chicken is made fresh and there were lots of take out orders so it may take about 7-10 minutes but REALLY REALLY worth it. I'd DRIVE to Lucky's even if I lived across town. Give them a try. Oh and give their Deep Fried Oreos a try too!!! :D
I usually don’t post reviews but I felt my experience warrants a review. My husband and I came here today on as we were craving wings and it’s close by. It was our first time and while this is a fried chicken place, they do offer wings. When we got there we were surprised and happy that they has a $1 wing special on Sunday’s. Before we ordered I asked the girl if their wings are breaded and she didn’t know what breaded meant so I explained it to her. I then asked if for the regular chicken they can make it unbreaded and not coated in batter. She went into the kitchen and asked and came back and said yes they can do so. I then asked if they could do the same with the wings and she went back again and came back and said yes. I was excited because Everything on the menu has flour in it and I was looking for something without flour although I am not gluten intolerant, I am sensitive and don’t eat flour. My husband ordered two types of wings and I ordered two and we made sure to distinguish the breaded wings from unbreaded. When we got our order and went home we realized they were all breaded. I was really disappointed since I asked and she checked twice with the kitchen and still gave me breaded wings!!!Since I am not intolerant I tried one wing each of the flavours we got. The flavours were just ok. The sauce was sweet and the wings didn’t have a lot of meat on them. The breading definetly added to the size of the wing and they were mediocre at best.Overall the experience wasn’t the best. It would have been a lot better if the employees were more knowledgeable of the foods they serve. Another thing is the use of styrofoam containers. We got a few different flavours and I get they want to separate the flavours but 5 wings per container was too little. There was so much room and since styrofoam doesn’t decompose it was definetly not appealing to have four styrofoam containers. ?
I give this place a 5 star because of the exceptional customer service, there was a mishap with the order and when I called them back to let them know the issue they did not hesitate to say come back and we will make you what you ordered at no charge. The food is great the chicken wings are so good, the waffle is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The chicken burger was excellent and so was the deep fried oreo, the chicken itself was good but could have had a little more flavour and the batter was a bit thick (for me) other then that this place is good and I would recommend it to any and everybody. Also, the cost of the food is really good compared to a lot of other chicken and waffle places you can't go wrong with "Lucky's New Family Meal" you get a bit of everything and at a low cost. This is an incredible establishment. From the delicious food to the impeccable staff, you can’t go wrong with Luckys. The restaurant is always so clean. Shoutout to the front of house girls. One aspect that makes this food really stand out are the freshly made sauces. I wish I knew their recipe for the yard sauce because I would be making it myself regularly. They also have coleslaw like no other! Another menu item I love is their limeade; a perfect balance of fresh squeezed limes, ginger mint and sugar. Luckys dine in experience stands out because of their music choices. You can hear classics from artists like Bob Marley and Bill Withers as well as the latests releases from artists like Yung Bleu and Drake. Worth the price for the food and atmosphere provided!

We stopped in here for a quick snack - had the nuggets and fries and the waffles and nuggets. Staff were exceptional! Very fast and friendly. Food came quickly and was delicious! The fries were especially good - and even received a treat of deep fried oreo - which was so amazingly good! Prices are good and place was very clean. Will definitely be stopping by here again!
Really a great place to eat! I went in for something for lunch, and got Nuggets and waffles, and some additional drumsticks and fries. Price was under $20 and was a good enough portion for 2 of us. Chicken was great, nice and crispy and juicy. The waffle was fantastic, perfectly fluffy. The Maple BBQ sauce is nice to. The lady at the cash was very nice and the food was made quickly. Just keep in mind its cash only, but there are a few different options for ATMs nearby.
Absolutely amazing food ! You of course have to order the chicken and waffles but don’t forget to add the Lucky’s pub style wings with the Lucky Sauce ???
A great go-to spot if you're craving fried chicken! Their chicken and waffles (not pictured) is good portions for the price. Their poutine is good, large portions of chicken and came with gravy on the side. The deep fried oreos is super sweet similar to a donut with oreo.
