I have eaten here 3 separate times, and every time was worst than the last.Have never had a server come check on a table ever, to the point that it's faster to go to the bar and order a second drink. You can't get modifications to almost any of the dishes (i.e. the pasta is a bolognese topped with pesto, but you CANNOT get it with just pesto if you don't eat red meat), Their "margherita" pizza is just a cheese pizza with half cut cherry tomatoes.The last time I was there our whole table of 6 ordered meals; 4 came at once, the other 2 never showed. After over 40min of still receiving nothing and no check in, I went to ask the manager (who was clearing tables) if he could check on our meals, and was told the kitchen closed 30min prior; we were never informed. Our 2 friends simply had their meals removed from the bill, and only a small side salad was offered as recompense.This same day they had their full menu cards on all the tables, including the cocktail list. When attempting to order, they weren't doing ANY cocktails, including bar standards (nothing complicated, things like a mule or a dark and stormy), just cans, beers on tap and bar rail. If that was the case, why not just put down just the food menu rather than letting guests actually think you're serving what you have presented.Past visits had included stone cold appetizers that took over an hour to reach the table after ordered, very poor food quality, and a rather unwelcome attitude from all the staff I've seen there over several years.Save yourself time, money and disappointment and just go to the Milestones across the street.
No value for your money, limited menu, slow service. Bar drinks are a major rip off, beware! Growing pains big time
The server was friendly and helpful. The Caesar salad that came with my burger was small but very good. The "smash" burger was not a smash burger and very distinctly reminded me of a frozen patty you can buy at many big grocery stores. The bill came to 30 bucks, even though the items on the receipt added up to 27 (9+18). The card terminal had tip suggestions starting at 25%, with 40% being the top suggestion ? for that kinda tip, I'll cook the frozen patty myself. Seriously brazen. Would not recommend to eat here - the place knows it's the only option for a lot of folks who are just staying the night. Beer was good.
Awful time- waited over an hour for food and saw tables who were seated and had ordered after us receive their food before us.Ordered the mushroom pasta and Italian love and mercy pizza. Pasta was mediocre but definitely not worth waiting 1+ hours for. Pizza was absolutely disgusting- tasted like the pizza you would get for a couple of dollars in elementary school.Had a terrible time and no manager came to see us at all over the problems. Would not recommend.
We are here for a convention weekend and they were NOT prepared. I accept this, everything is slow on convention weekends. However, every year we have come previously, we have never had issues, until now.Our server, Stephanie, amazing. She was quick, always happy, sociable, we like her. Everything else was a gong show. In our party we have one person who had her plate sent back twice because it was incorrect, and another sent back once because the steak was not cooked properly. The next steak was way over done, we just sucked it up. They forgot to bring a drink, and we brought it up to the person who came with our food, and 3 times they told us they can't cause it's not their job, they aren't our server. Very rude about it. We also have a vegetarian friend (who is literally allergic to red meat) who got a vegetarian burger, and it made him sick, which can only mean there was a cross contamination issue. The frest of the food was average, and definitely not worth it for this.Aside from the food, we were told 3 different things about seating before we were seated. When we were seated it took forever to even get our server. After we got her, it took a long time to get our food. And when we were waiting for our bills it took forever. We were there for 2 hours, and we spend probably 20 minutes of it eating.They can and have done better in the past, but they need to shape up.
It was a nice atmosphere. They not only had the bar and tables to sit at but also couches which was nice. Our server was nice but she just put the blank credit card machine down and walked away. We had to put the amount of our check in ourselves which we found weird. That was the first time for all of us! Our cocktails weren't that great.
Server literally ignored us, then when we finally made her acknowledge us, she still gave no greeting, said they were open but the kitchen was closed and continued doing what she was doing. A busser with a bin full of dishes was more helpful then the hostess.
Not bad for a hotel restaurant. The restaurant wasn't that busy but food still took a bit of time coming out of the kitchen. I was happy to have my main course as soon as I finished my salad. Phil, my server was very good in getting me my food and drinks.
On March 26, 2022 I was staying at the Delta hotel, like any normal hotel stay I figured I would go down to theee bar for a drink(s) and supper. Well, that wasn't happening. I asked the bartender for for a drink they didn't have it and instead of offering me something else he walked away. Normally I would have just left but I was hungry and not thinking, I waited a few more mins for him to come back so I could order a drink and food, unfortunately I only received 1 drink and no food. If the bar was busier I could understand but 3 to 7 years ago when I would stay at this hotel the bar was always busy and the service was way better. His poor service was great for Milestones across the street. I am someone who stays in hotels 150 to 200 days a year, so I pay for service. Some that travels once in awhile might be okay with the service I received, unfortunately not I. I wish I saw the bartenders name (man bun) so I could add it.Fyi I reviewed Milestones as well and Justin the bartender was AMAZING!!
Good server. Menu is very small, and pasta or pizza is the choice. Salads are drowning in dressing. They do not offer a kids menu. Pricey. Beautiful setup. We had to eat here as there was nothing closer.... I would not recommend the food. Drink menu is small....
