This is the absolute worse kfc in the area. Save yourselves and just go to the kfc on kipling. Time and time again this place has given the wrong order or something was just wrong in general. I’ve had hair in my food on multiple occasions, missing items and had to go back, I’ve watched as the manager or supervisor wiped her nose with her bare hands and touched the bag with my food and still hand it to me like covid isn’t still a thing. No matter how many breaks I take from this place every time I come back it’s the same old thing. Always check your order before leaving if you don’t want to come back. The food standard for this place is unacceptable and I find it hard to believe that the manager(s) at this location take their job seriously because if this was my location I would be fixing the issue after years of complaints. They don’t listen to your orders properly, I once ordered a wrap with extra lettuce no tomato, repeated it 3 times and still got a wrap with extra lettuce and EXTRA TOMATO came back a couple weeks later asked for three extra sauce because in the bag and still ended up missing one. This shouldn’t be an ongoing problem time and time again, instead of spending money on renovations, spend money on getting better staff and well training them to assure that food safety is being taken seriously. This is the worst kfc in the history of kfc’s. Seriously, do better.
Very bad service and manager is very rude. This location always gives wrong orders. I placed the order 04/03/22 the time is 21:27:31. This manager don’t know how to deal with customers she’s unqualified for manager position.
Not worth it.. The food was extremely hard, cold fries, hard and dry sandwiches NOT fresh at all, and had to throw away the whole meal... Waste of money!
My husband and I placed an online order with KFC at 6:15 this evening. The order was to have arrived at 6:50. We'll here we are at 8pm and no food, customer service keeps transferring us to the store, we are being told the food was delivered. Now there is a supposed "manager" calling us back. NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED.I have already proceeded with a refund of the money taken from ouraccount
Great new look and staff are very friendly. I have eaten here a few times and I have to say some of the best KFC I have had. Store is also very clean.
We was regular costomer of this location from since these location renovated, I feel some change in there costomer service, maybe new management. But I like there costomer service, first they are giving more sauce packets, and making food correct. Lady was same behind the counter. She is polite and nice. Thank you.
If I could give 0 stars to post my review I would. Today on Christmas day me and family decided we wanted to enjoy ourselves with KFC. We ordered it online and decided to use the pickup method, the website recommend the closest KFC to us, which was this one, that clearly stated that it was open. BUT, when we got there was no one there. The fact that the website had the audacity to say it was open but it really wasn't. AND we paid for the food and left with nothing. Like one of the reviews said, don't come here unless you want to leave empty handed. Very disappointing and this happened all on Christmas day, never ordering from KFC website again.
Lady behind the counter was on the phone while taking our order and rude. They did not have hot sauce. When I got home I noticed there was items missing from our order. Horrible experience.
New Canadians seem to think skimping and giving less for your money, will make them more profit.But making pathetic food isn't profitable. Use some breading / seasoning. Do it the way it is supposed to be done. We come for kfc flavour, not a bland, pathetic excuse for a meal.
One of the worst burgers I ever had is from this location. Ordered plant based burger, patty was way to dry and hard as rock, over cooked. And was filled with oil. They might double dipped the old cooked patty.Never recommend this place.
