All you can eat sushi sounds like an awesome idea but not necessarily worth the money you pay. Drinks are extra and they are not cheap. The food takes a long time to come out, especially if you order some of the upper end items (it seems on purpose as I’ve been here three times). The staff are friendly and helpful and the ambience is nice but I didn’t like how they add the gratuity to the bill compulsory at the end of the service, regardless if you were served well or not. Location isn’t bad with plenty of parking spots. If you know how to order and make a plan, it could be worth it.

The Salmon Sashimi was awesome in taste and size. However , I have not eaten that small a serving of the Squid Sashimi. The were cut in strips of less than 3 inches long and less than 1/2 inch wide which is one order, lol! The Miso soup was excellent. The rest were too dry or hard. Oh, and the washroom was dirty. The servers were nice. The food delivery to our table was so slow, one or two servings at a time.

Heartbreaking…We’ve been coming to this location over the last year and a half. We come only on occasions because it’s expensive but usually WAS a great experience.Sadly, that was not the case. Service was extremely slow and it was not busy. It was a Tuesday night and we have experience on what to expect doing rush hours.Dishes were being delivered almost one plate at a time in the beginning. It was so slow we made preemptive orders so we wouldn’t go hungry as plates were finished. Some dishes were so delayed that were showing up overlapped with the new orders 30 minutes into dinner.Even the food portions have shrunk considerably! The short ribs got shorter believe it or not… the beef used to be strips but now they’re this odd looking kibble platter. It was such a disappointment because we brought my wife’s parents to celebrate and told them how good this restaurant was. I’m not sure if they’re training new people or struggle to make profit with inflation cost but the experience was so poor I don’t believe we will return to this location. When you pay $100 per couple, you expect a certain level of service and this was a heartbreaker.

Decided to celebrate my birthday with family and friends at this location where they offer all you can eat.  We just love and enjoy Japanese food . It was a big group, 15 of us and we had two tables. Unfortunately the server of our table was quite rude. When asked to explain how the process works in their ipad she showed her irritation while trying to explain. I called her out on this that there is no need for such behaviour. This was the sour note in otherwise a happy occasion. All the food was delicious, everybody enjoyed them. There is a variety of food to choose from but since they are served in small portions one gets to eat a lot of different food. The price is reasonable.

"Our shrimp are like this".The image shows 2 of 3 poorly deveined shrimp. The first (not pictured) was a tempura shrimp that had the vein almost the full length of the shrimp itself. I called the manager over and he apologized, said that they miss a few and offered 10% off.Still not feeling comfortable, I split open the shrimp in the roll we ordered to find these two that were also poorly cleaned.I once again called over the manager and said this was not ok.He said we try but sometimes they can't clean them properly and "our shrimp are like this". He was not surprised with my issue nor found anything wrong with what I was showing him.For the $39.97 Sunday dinner price, this is not acceptable. Will not be going back as the overall quality has really gone down at this restaurant (Queensway location).Def do not recommend.

Plan to order big qty to not lose your appetite.Food serving is slow. You will lose your appetite for waiting. Plan ahead of your order with every category for you to get full.Food serving is small. Be aware when you order for quantity is 1, it is not 1 plate order, but actualy 1 pc of sushi or sashimi or something else. Better order ahead. They missed my order of fried banana. The ice cream, Came in first. I told them i eat my banana with ice cream. had to wait for the last minute to have it. Though, they were nice to give me another ice cream to go with banana last minute as requested.Servers were nice.We felt, we did'nt get the value of our moneys worth.Ribs were the most we liked. Food were great but really, small serving every order.Ambiance is good. Not a loud place. Clean.

We have been their customers for 4 years now, and recently we ordered our usual $100 take out and unfortunately there were atleast 6 sushi/maki that had literally almost brown avocados in them. It did not taste good at all...and I know avocados change their color fast, but the WORST part was - that brown avocado was covered with a fresh, thin slice of avocado, and when you lift it you can see totally brown ( outside and inside avocado) ?? see photos please.I'm very disappointed!! I always also get some sushi for my kids, without raw fish, and I make a note of that on the order. So they knew it was for small children and still gave us rotten avocado sushi - COVERED UP sushi!!! And to think that I continied ordering after my neighbors ( the whole family) had vomiting and diarrhea after eating their take out! Well, I guess now I have my own proof that the quality of their food is seriously and dangerously slipping........I dont think I will order again.

Great food, efficient service. Worth a visit. If you're coming for lunch, I'd suggest you come well before 2:30pm as they close the lunch service for the all you can eat menu and begin the dinner option which is a bit more expensive. Nonetheless, it is a great experience for quality food.

K&B sushi offers all you can eat where you can order all that you want from a tab provided to you. The process is really smooth and we literally ordered everything - make sure you don't waste food as there's a charge for wasting. We were able to finish all the food so wasn't charged thankfully! Most of the items were delicious. I especially loved the Mango salad, udon noodles, and fried rice. The only drawback is that their dessert item is really limited.A recommended place for all you can eat lovers!

Food was ok, pretty much the same with any other ayce sushi. They never offer sweet shrimp sashimi even though its on the menu and even though they have a sushi version, prob just try to save money on that. Also, they limited scallop sashimi to 2pc per person, meaning your whole meal you can only have 2 pcs. Thats not ayce. For almost $40 its better to go to Matsuda on Don Mills for more sashimi options.
