While visiting Toronto I went here because of the high ratings. That was the most gross, bitter latte I have ever had! There was no foamed milk even visible. A small is the size of a thimble and was $4.50. I’m from Vancouver where the cost of living is very high yet I have never paid that much for a latte. And certainly no one would sell such a small cup to a customer either. If you want this level of disappointment you would be better off going to one of the large donut coffee chains. At least you won’t get ripped off!

Went in feeling great.. The cappuccino is really good, the girl at the counter is the sweetest. Was about to order a muffin when I saw several flies in the baked items section. I flew like a fly.

Wow! Amazing coffee, even better service. Barista was very friendly showed my wife and I how to do expresso tasting. Never thought I liked plain expresso until now. Just wish they took cash so bring a card

I love Jimmy's not just because they have a superior roast, delicious baked goods and a great atmosphere but because the staff provide excellent service. I can't tell you how many times I've been sitting in the café and seen the staff deal with irate, entitled customers who want to pay cash (yes, this place is cashless) in a gracious and professional manner. During the rogers outage, they were even giving out free coffee! Don't trust the butt hurt reviews on here ;)

Nice little coffee shop. They have good scones and the staff is nice. Not my type of coffee since it’s more a traditional roast vs what I usually get

Coffee is good. The scones and food items are awful. Honestly, Timmy’s has a better scone. Dry, flavourless, waxy.

Delicious cookie! ?Very good cortado.Excellent iced latte.Friendly staff .

The local cafe is life. When you need a warm (or cold) drink prepared with skill you cannot surpass this Jimmy’s.The drinks are fantastic and the staff are even better. Pass through with your takeaway or trade time for some witty conversation - you’ll be pleased either way!A clean, comforting, well lit place to come and enjoy everything from a basic black coffee to the unpronounceable new caffeinated confection of the moment (with coco dust).

I used to love going here to get coffee because it is very good and definitely better than next door at Sanremo. However, when I was leaving Sanremo just this morning, the owner (or whom I assume to be the owner) was arguing with and even swearing at the people in the Sanremo line!! I get that it could be inconvenient at times that the line passes in front of the store but, first of all, that’s totally unacceptable in general, but also I wouldn’t go to Jimmy’s if I wasn’t already making the trip to the bakery. So it’s pretty silly to be yelling at the customers in line because, like me, they’d probably then choose to go elsewhere.I hope that this was just a bad moment for the person but it really soured my opinion of the place in general. Definitely disappointed.

Excellent coffee and pretty darn good scone as well. Spinach and bacon scone? I didn't knowbthat was a thing but it was tasty!
