This place is very happening on a Saturday night, with great music from the DJ. The staff are very friendly and gave us a comfortable seat.We tried the Fishbowl drinks and nachos. They taste great, but you may find your nachos a bit lacking in the cheese department. That is, many nachos around the edge of the plate have nothing on them. Still tasted great, anyway.
The place was busy but the service was great especially from Siba and Darren! They were both great and very efficient.We ordered:*** 2 lbs of Chicken Wings - pricey but very good. 8/10*** Vodka Soda Fish ‘N Chips - very light and airy and perfectly cooked. Best one I’ve had in a long time. The tartar sauce was incredible but the coleslaw had a little bit of stale taste to it. 9/10. It would have been 10 if it wasn’t for the mediocre coleslaw.*** Mushroom Truffle Cheeseburger with Caesar Salad - very nice! Love the earthiness note and the burger was perfectly cooked . 9/10Overall, it was a great dining experience.
Pretty busy when we went, the food was good but the service is where this Jack Astor's really shines! The servers are very friendly, but specifically ours, Jenna! Bubbly personality, didn't have to wait too long for the food and drinks (especially because of how busy it was), and paid great attention to us the whole time.Overall great service, good food, slightly busy but that's just how it goes.
It’s been a whole lot days since eat-out! Great time here! Steak is a bit dry but our waitress Marianna did an awesomely job helping us switch it! Shout out to Marianna, swing by and say hey to her!
Absolutely amazing experience with Shaq and the rest of the staff. The food was AMAZING! They went above and beyond to make our daughter’s birthday special. When TikTok took down her birthday video they helped her get it back and save it! Thanks you Jack Astors!!!! Our other daughter wants to come for her birthday too!!!

Jack Astor was one of my favorite until last time hence the review. The service was pathetic and the food was nowhere near what they used to serve. Not sure if it’s because if COVID but they’ve surely lost a loyal customer. We couldn’t finish the food coz of his taste and texture and left in between. Pathetic experience!!
I came from montreal to see the toronto raptors but they canceled the spectators so i though my time in toronto would be boring to my surprise i came to jack astor near the airport and they made me forget about not being able to see the Raptors. The staff was amazing the GM was amazing. They definitely made my new years eve amazing the decor i felt like i was at a private fonction the ballons most def will be back. The food was good and also the drinks. Thanks to the staff and their amazing GM.
We’ve been coming to this location mostly for takeout for years. They’re awesome & ive never dealt with any issues food or customer service wise. Quality is always good & what I’d expect from Jacks and the portions are a nice size too. They offer a few different meal packages when you do takeout via their website that help with the price as well. Worth a visit!
If you come to this location... You have to ask for one of the most enthusiastic and energetic servers! He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made sure the food put on the table was hot. This was my first outing since Covid and he made our party very comfortable.
