Terrible customer service. I went in and ordered a double Angus with cheese and bacon and a poutine along with orher things. When I looked at the poutine there was about 10 fries in it at Max. I went back up and spoke to the manager and said I'd like my money back for the poutine. The manager walked off on me when I asked. I ended up getting $3 back for the upgrade but wouldn't give me my fries that I paid for in the combo. The manager has zero customer service skills and is incredibly rude. She should not be in in the position she is in. What a complete waste of $40, I will not be back.
Had a wonderful experience at this location this evening. Special thanks to Jade who was welcoming, kind and friendly. Food was freshly prepared and delicious!
It seems they are either under new management or maybe a new owner. What ever change they made, it wasnt a good one. Food quality and restaurant cleanliness need attention!!! They had a lot of staff behind the counter but no one seemed to know what their job was.

This location is not very good. They need to speak to management for the location on Dundas in Mississauga and take notes. The burger was cold-- cheese hadnt even meltes on burger (and I went through drive thru). Onion rings were poorly cut and burnt excessively oily -- could not eat at all. A bad experience overall.
Harvey's used to have the best burgers hands down, A friend and I picked up a regular burger and fries to go (2422 Fairview Street, Burlington) and what a disappointment. Gone are the juicy flame-grilled hamburger patties. Instead a thin dried-up excuse for a hamburger. Even with all the wonderful toppings which you can choose, it still was not what it used to be. The bun appeared to be smaller, not so fresh and just not up to par. The portion of French Fries was not as large as it used to be either. It is not "Just the way you like it" anymore. Time to give the other burger joints a try.
I ordered a poutine and found the gravy to be medium hot, not hot enough to melt the cheese. This made for a weird tasting poutine experience- not what I’m used to at other Harvey establishments.
Good Harvey,s location. When you ask for extra toppings, you get extra toppings. Classic mom and pop burger joint in a franchise.
I usually enjoy a burger from Harvey's but the last time I went there they had changed the bun to something that tasted like it came from the supermarket shelf. Dry...stale...gritty. .not appetizing at all! They should tell you before you order if they changed something so crucial to the overall experience.
