The burgers were really tasty and we could choose out own toppings, so that made them all the more tastier
I had a partner were asking about the burgers server didn't know much so we got two burgers and I upgrade to a poutine she told us the price and I had to suggest drinks no customer service she was just blank no customer service whatsoever if he had suggested anything we would have got it cuz we were open to trying out my friend just came from a different country and he wanted to try different food so I suggest Harvey's cuz that's one of my favourite place he was not impressed
Worst experience with the staff, the staff is not polite at all and they are charging for adding ingredients to my regular poutine . I have had many poutines in many outlets of Harvey's and no one charged me for adding extra ingredients for my poutine. When I first visited this place, they added ingredients as per my choice at no extra cost and now they are charging more which apparently other restaurants are not.
Came by to grab a late dinner. Customer service was great - greeted upon entering and order was taken and delivered quickly. Food quality was standard compare to other franchise locations.Location was fairly clean - dine in and washrooms.
Nice place to go, good staff and never messed up my order. I always get poutine with good gravy. Never had to complain about anything yet.
Food is good bc duh it’s Harvey’s but the people working not so much. If you choose to work in fast food at lest have good mannerism and people skills. Tell ur staff to be respectful. Especially that ugly fob with the circle glasses, don’t work fast food if you don’t have good people skills. Also need a new sweeper the current one does it very sloppy
I liked their hospitality more then the food. The manger here is so clam. I will definitely visit here again.
Enjoyed an early supper with my son there. Unfortunately they forgot the cheese on his veggie burger but we both still enjoyed the food.I understand with covid going on, it does slow things down, but after finally getting to order, good was good!
The quality at this location has been decreasing the past year and I let it slide. However this will be the final time.I requested to collect my SCENE points after my order (after correcting the cashier who assumed I wanted to redeem at first), once I scanned my SCENE card, I discovered my points were redeemed (almost $40 gone).I informed the cashier of the error and she didn’t bother to put the point the backs nor apologized.I talked to someone who works at location and it was apparent to me there was no manager on floor to help regain the points, or provide gift card or help train the employees (I sympathize for the person made the mistake…I do…manager should be there to ensure their employees have the skills and support).
Had the Buffalo chicken and as always, the food was made to order and in turn hot and fresh.They asked me for my vaccine receipt which was much appreciated it and the dining room was very clean
