Came to this location near the airport for lunch. There was a line up when we entered and smoke filled the whole restaurant. Our eyes were burning and no one opened doors for ventilation. After waiting a bit we went outside and ordered online as other customers were extremely frustrated. First time Harveys let me down burgers were extremely cold. Probably sitting around for a while due to the huge mixup in 20-30 tickets in orders.I would give 0 stars but 1 star because the fries and onion rings were hot and as expected.

I was an attendee of a really big event @ the congress centre and decided to pop into Harveys for a meal for me and my partner. It was insanely busy due to the event, and the staff was still very kind and listened to us despite the stress the must have been under. Not to mention they loaded up my poutine with cheese curds!

Great professional caring staff. My hamburger was hot and delicious and so was the the fries. I was hungry like crazy. I parked on the side of the building. Easily accessible. Great place. Bless

Harvey's is Delicious.... but if u order from Uber eats , you will have alot of trouble first off the closest location The Queensway is constantly running out of gravy so their poutine is never on menu... second they should allow customers to ask for specific requests like pls put the cheese and gravy for poutine on side ... so u don't end up.w fries in a mushy soup box . Otherwise it's delicious if you get your order fast .

This location needs their lack of professionalism and morale reported to their franchisor. The staff hate each other, hate their jobs, they are rude to customers - just rude period! We had to repeat our order 3 times because staff members were screaming at each other and verbally fighting behind the counter. No care is taken when preparing the food. This experience has just deterred me from eating at Harvey’s at all any more. There is too much competition to be eating somewhere that doesn’t care about quality control when they can’t even control their behaviour in front of customers! Shame on you employees at Harvey’s on Dixon Rd. Would never return.

On Saturday, May 21, 2022, it was my first time at this restaurant. Great order taking at the drive through window. They got it right and it was delicious. Good job!! We appreciated our on the go dinner!

The crew didn’t even acknowledge our presence for 10 minutes. I understand that there’s a drive through as well as Ubereats orders to deal with, but to blatantly disregard customers like we don’t even exist is absolute poor customer service. I asked for a specific item and was charged then had to wait an additional 15 minutes before my burgers were being made and the manager filing for the cashier didn’t input the correct item which I wanted and proceeded to make a big scene out of it. My order was already 30+ dollars and he made a big deal and insisted I pay an extra 2 dollars for an item I’ve already ordered. It’s not the customers fault that staff are incapable of listening to an order. Won’t visit again and I hope future staff get better training. Absolute garbage service.

horrible experience, I ordered 1 chicken sandwich and an angus combo with poutine, they got my order horribly wrong. Forgot the chicken sandwich and didn't include the right drink or drink size, got the toppings on the burger wrong too. Somehow actually forgot to include the poutine and put fries instead. Can't be that hard to get an order right, would give 0 stars if I could.

The food was good and service was quick but it was very chaotic. It was hard to know when my burger was ready to be made and it felt like the staff were relying on the customers to track their order.
