For all the things right about the place…portion size was excellent. Mind you, it’s too much food for me for one sitting, but it’s good value for you money. The orange chicken and BBQ pork were tasty and the Chili shrimp was flavourful, but very very light on the Chili heat. The people were friendly and offered samples before you buy, which is always a welcomed gesture.The down side was that the mixed vegetables were undercooked and the brown rice was a little on the bland side. With it being the lunch hour, those flaws were rather disappointing.
Fresh and delicious, it’s my favourite restaurant in the neighborhood. They have many kinds of chicken and they are all amazing, which makes me hard to decide from time to time lol. Price is good with a lot of food!
My goodness if I could take this food home everyday I would live happy for the rest of my life!!!I am a creature of habit so I always go there anytime that I have to go to the hospital this is my compensation.I always get the orange chicken which is amazing and the General Tao what does the just amount of spice that I love?The staff always looks at me funny when they say rice I say yes any vegetables? My response is always no no to healthy LOLBut to be fair I'm going to them to console myself not to eat healthy after all I've just spend an hour or two at William Osler.Thank you for always feeding me thank you thank you love your food??

It’s a recommendation if you want to try Chinese food. The flavor is sweet.The service is awesome. They always greet people nicely.The food is excellent. Highly recommend the fried chicken - well flavored with reasonable price.There always a great sum of their cook to order food. One order is enough for 2 meals for me.
After eating at this place my husband told used the washroom watched a little chinese man come out of the stall in the bathroom, not wash his hands and walked right back into the kitchen to cook. Avoid this place. Food wasn't great either

The worst experience I've ever had dining out. There was a worm in my vegetables. I called to explain what happened they said to come back for free food. I went back the next day to show the manager the photos and videos I had taken, he proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that it wasn't a worm. He said it was from the vegetables and was trying to convince me I was seeing things. I actually had to argue with him because I didn't want free food from an unkept establishment and wanted to get my $10 refunded but he gave me the hardest time with zero apology.. how ridiculous.
