Honestly do not want to give one star also. The lady on the counter always seem to be in a bad mood, if you don’t wish to serve customers at 8.55pm just close the damn doors or when we walk in tell us you are closed already rather than unwelcoming attitude. Second time visiting was a goof up in the order itself, after reaching home gave them a call and since it’s just 5 mins away I said I could come in the lady again, we can’t do anything at this point but next time you visit we could offer another bowl for no cost or refund you. After going to collect the refund she was not even able to recollect this incident. Awful feeling just staring at them for the next 10 minutes and did not know what to say, they ended up refunding the supposedly protein price only. Are you serious, you ruined the dinner plans, made us visit back and for what not even sorry for your fault.Definitely need to work on your customer service, people only come here for good food and if you can’t even serve that with a smile then it’s a shame.
I must say this is one of the most unwelcoming Freshii outlets. The person at the counter seems majorly disinterested in the job.I ordered a bowl with chicken and teriyaki sauce. When i reached to collect the order it was “apparently” ready but not packed and ready for pickup. Secondly, when I reached home for dinner, i was surprised to see neither chicken in it nor any teriyaki sauce.I called them immediately and since it was 5 mins to 9:00 pm, i was told that they had already packed up and would offer me a free bowl or a full refund, the next time i visited.When i did visit to collect the full refund, I was only refunded the amount charged for adding chicken. Wow!!Please check ur meals before pickup and if possible visit other freshii outlets. Highly recommended.
Always a great experience getting food from here! Staff is very interactive and friendly, and Quality & quantity of food is also good! Best Freshii in all over GTA must try!
I hate writing bad reviews.. nothing worse than having to share a bad experience.. I am very sorry to do this however, I'm not certain if I would even rate my experience a 2 out of 5.. thats me being generous. I had placed an order last night through Skip the Dishes for a Smokehouse Burrito and Spicy Lemongrass Soup. Instead of getting a Lemongrass Soup, I recieved a Nacho style soup. The Smokehouse burrito had SO many onions in it, it was overwhelming. Every bite I took, all I tasted were big chunks of onions.. it was absolutely disgusting, it was as if I was eating a whole onion.. If you wouldn't eat it, why would you make someone else's food like that? I also found the burrito to be relatively smaller than I had remembered. Needless to say, I threw out the burrito. The lack of care, detail and lack of mindfulness that went into my order was clearly evident ... it was disappointing... knowing that I spent more money on fees to have this food delivered and for it to be that awful was disappointing. I had to waste more money and order from a Thai place.
Love freshii and admittedly eat it way too often but this location is extremely unorganized. Ordered on ritual and they had no idea what my order was or who was supposed to be making it. After patiently waiting for ten minutes I received a bowl that was tasty but that was about half full. I’m definitely not used to that small of a portion from freshii and was pretty disappointed.
Food tasted good; the seasoning and in the dishes is mild but also extremely fresh and flavourful.
I hate to write a bad review, but yesterday I ordered one kale salad and one smokehouse from this location and it wasn’t good.I am a regular customer of the Freshii, and this one is different. Their kale salad is nothing like the one that I get at the other stores and it’s also half the size of the bowl that I get at the other stores. The taste is also not the same.This should be a one star review, but I hope that the owner reads this and make changes.
The bowl was half empty. And salad was not fresh at all!

I used to love getting my lunch off of ritual from this location. Within the last few months they’ve significantly reduced their portion sizes and consistently take 50 minutes to prepare one bowl. I tried ordering in person and they took 45 minutes to make a taco meal, were unapologetically missing key items they couldn’t substitute, and forgot items in the order. I’ve come back multiple times before writing this review, but unfortunately until this location gets more organized and brings their previous portion sizes back I’m buying my lunches elsewhere.
