Worst employees trying to finesse and rip you off paid almost 37$ no drinks for 2 bowls and had the audacity to charge me $4 for the chicken β¦ is this worth $4 for the 5 peices of chicken?!?!?? Are you serious ? I will never go to this location again
This was my first time trying this restaurant and I was beyond impressed, this is definitely my new healthy food choice, I recommend everyone try this restaurant once it will change your taste buds for the better. Try the Terriyaki chicken bowl it was AMAZING!
The food is great, but at this location the only down fall is that they open at 10:30am however the food is never ready until 11am. This has happened twice with me at this location and the guy working there responds that they just opened hence why its not ready. Just a suggestion, if your business opens at 10:30am everything should be ready to go. Maybe arriving 30 minutes earlier to prepare. Im sure a lot of business has been lost as not everyone would wait 30 minutes for fast food.Other than that everyone has been friendly at this location.
Wide range of menu items to choose from. Food is delish, but my favorite is the Market salad bowl. Absolutely divine. The peanut butter keto bites are pretty awesome as well.
I went in, in a rush and told the team member behind the counter that I unfortunately have a 16 hour shift in front of me..being an essential worker I need to be able to eat something half way through to keep my energy up. He suggested a bowl, and it's amazing and even 8 hours later :) absolutely wonderful customer service, I will be back :) thank you
This is the worst Freshii. I got the exact same bowl in Oakville and it was delicious.Twice I came to Etobicoke location and I should learn from the past not to. I got hungry and came here in desperation as I didn't like the hot meal offerings at Putaseri today.The quinoa was overcooked and wet. Tasted like a whole pile of mush. And there were hard uncooked beans. Perhaps noone complained about the Tex Mex bowl since they didn't upgrade to the quinoa.I don't want a replacement bowl. I want a refund. It was gross!!! Why would I come back???Their ingredients stand, I question tge refrigeration standard. The cucumber was dried while there cabbage had brown markings, a sign of the ingredient aging (it was also drying up).
Missing item from order, store promised to call me back (promised call back yesterday), never bothered to get back to me. Emailed Freshii from the app, no response to my email. All I wanted was a refund for the missing item...not complicated, won't be ordering again.Update: just got an email offering refund.
These bowls were delicious. Haven't had freshies in over a decade and was happy I had it again. Delivery was prompt and everything was served well kept and came still warm. Will definitely be ordering again to try a different bowl.
Had the worst customer service experience. Starting from ordering our food till end of receiving it. A very nice lady was able to enter in our order for us. Then a guy had to help her in order for me to use my freshii points app. I informed him that I have a $5 rewards I would like to use. He then asked me to scan my card and said βIt doesnt work.β And I said what do you mean? to which he said the scanner isnt working it wont work. Not a single sorry for the inconvenience, explanation or solution. I then asked can I scan it to redeem the points? and he said no you can only do it online. I let him know that ive done this in store before and he said well its not working right now so you cant do it right now. So I said thats okay then I will just pay here. Then when our food was ready, I checked the bag as ive had wrong orders before and noticed the sauce we asked for on the side for the burrito was missing. I asked the lady if I can get the sauce thinking they forgot it, she told me the burrito sauce is on the inside. The guy from the front came and asked what happened and I said oh I asked for the sauce on the side and she said its in the burrito and he said I can give you extra sauce but the sauce is already in the burrito. I said I understand but we wanted the sauce on the side. He then said well you never asked for it on the side and extra sauce we charge but we didnt charge you. The lady on the side told him that we did ask for it on the side. I didnt want to be in trouble so I said maybe there was a miscommunication but we wanted the sauce on the side. He then said yeah so im saying we will give you extra sauce. At this point my frustration arose. I told him look theres been a mistake and at this point you can offer to correct the mistake and make a new burrito. He then reached in the bag infront of me. Takes the burrito out and walks away. The lady apologized for the misunderstanding. Before we left I let the guy know that he can be nicer to people and not be so angry. He said yeah so I apologized. I told him that is not how you apologize to someone.
Really fresh food and tasted great!!! The teriyaki bowl had great flavour and the vegetables were perfect, not too over or under cooked but crisp.
