I have to say I was not happy with the breakfast this morning at Eggsmart located at Bloor and Prince Edward Drive, Etobicoke. I am very familiar with Breakfast Restaurants all over the City and other Eggsmart locations which have been good. I asked the server the same way I always ask servers if the homefries can be prepared crispy. The server delivered my dish the opposite of what I asked and then made an attempt to make the potatoes crispy. To my surprise it was delivered with so much grease on my plate I couldn't find the stomach to eat them. I have never had a cook prepare food this way. I posted a pic. I will not be back to this location. I was respectful to the server and left a tip.
Opens early, great staff, exceptional food and quick service ! It's an anglers dream! Tried this place for the first time after a trip to the Humber river and the breakfast hit the spot!
This restaurant is supposedly on skip the dishes, but for the last 2 times we have ordered, waited 30-45 minutes, and both times, they just cancelled the order. Why would you wait so long to tell us no we're not giving you food. We could have ordered from literally anywhere else and recieved our food BEFORE they had the decency to cancel.
Last Sunday I went for bacon and scrambled eggs. The meal that they served me has to be in my top 5 WORST breakfasts I've ever had. The bacon was obviously pre-cooked and was more like bacon jerky, the eggs were over cooked and dry. I don't know how they could screw up a simple meal like this but I can assure you all, I will not go back.

Craving for some breakfast, this is the place if you like eggs or English breakfast.Servers were polite & keeps a check on you & how you'd like the food. The coffee refills keeps coming back gives you a warm coffee through out the eating time. ;)We had egg benedict with salmon (was a best seller here), and french toasts were amazing with well done scrambled eggs. I liked the home fries but could be better (fries were cut large in size & not enough cooked).Recommended. Enjoy!
Ordered this morning through Ubereats for this location, they accepted the order and then cancelled it after I was already notified it was being prepared by the app. Never received any reason why it was cancelled and uber eats of course was no help but that's a different issue. If you can't commit to preparing an order you should accept it in the first place. Terrible "service" or lack thereof in this case.

My sincerest apologies for accidentally leaving a live wasp underneath a cup, I hope it caused no harm to the kitchen staff. Apart from that it's great food, reasonable prices and very friendly waiters.
