Came all the way from North York in a very rainy day , I had a small size service dog and had his documents! This rude server accused me that I’m lying and the documents are not actual ! Honestly I don’t know what to say to this kinda humans ! After sitting he said he doesn’t want to serve me and I should go he removed the menus and my water from table !! Very bad experience very rude person nor recommend for animal friendly people and this man should get fired

It's been a while since I've been here, and good to come out with friends. Always delicious, but maybe next time, I'll visit Demetres on its own, not after a large restaurant dinner
We noticed that the man behind the counter was not wearing his mask while scooping out the ice cream. He was breathing fairly heavily while taking it out. During these COVID-19 times, we should not be seeing this especially when you are in the food business.
Food is standard western dessert, staff is super friendly and very helpful!!!!! Nice place to go on a date at
A good sugar rush into the new year
Was here on Sat night. Love the ambience and the open concept to see how these delicious waffles/crepes are being made (well, so you can see what they are doing with your foods ?).Pros:- amazing, excellent and tentative customer service- foods are delicious- open kitchen conceptCons:- not offering a lot of parking slots but I don’t mind spending a few more bucks for this lovely resto.WILL BE BACK FOR SURE

I didn’t really know what to expect from a sit-down restaurant that only served desserts. I was impressed. The service was very inviting. I even got to watch my desert being made from where I was sitting. The apple crepe I got tasted like an apple pie on steroids. The friend I was with got a Nutella milkshake. I didn’t even think of that as a possible menu item. Tasted delicious. We even had some laughs over the names of the dishes. Great place for the niche idea that it provides.
