Although the line was huge the person that helped me get a cake was awesome! Very friendly and patient while I was undecided.

Wow! Probably sounds weird but it was my first time at DQ. I was simply blown away by their genuine desire to help and absolutely incredible customer service! Ice cream was delicious. We tried the blizzard ice cream with pecans and chocolate chips. Yummy! Thank you for a great experience! We would be ordering a cake from you in the nearby future!
This is one of our favorite dairy Queen locations because it's super close to my daughter's school and Etobicoke and one of her favorite after school activities! The fact that we don't have to wear masks anymore and can eat inside makes it even better especially now that spring is here and the warm weather is around the corner... I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream ???
They have a nice corner in the back where you can sit, cry, eat ice cream, and no one will look at you. Best of all the exit is right beside the corner in the back so when you leave you don't have to look at anyone. It's great. ?

Soft serve, is my vice so I have standards. I have been to this location several times and I find that their soft serve is never really frozen. It also seems like it has too much air mixed into the recipe. I have asked them to provide a new cone from another machine which they have done happily but the same thing happens, not frozen enough and to airy. I have been told that some icecream machines have a valve to add air to increase the profitability so I am not sure if this is the case here or if their equipment needs to be serviced.The staff is nice always.I typically go to the Bloor St W location which doesn't seem to have the same issues with the soft serve as the queensway location. And it is always super sparkling clean.
Drove all the way to see its closed , poor customer service. They should atleast put their hours on google. Shame on business owner. Aaa thooo
Mediocre ice cream I had here the other day. The ice cream wasn't cold enough or frozen properly and started dissolving the instant I stepped outside and it wasn't a very hot day. Kids got cherry slushies which also struck out. Taste was so artificial and sickly sweet they couldn't even finish.
