Staff needs to pay attention to what they are giving out to customers. Went tonight with the kids and got blizzard and sundae soups. Staff member proceeded to put our ice cream in their freezer for 5 min so it would freeze. Did not work, just came home and tossed everything. Service your machines so people actually get the ice cream they paid for.
The staff was nice, my mint Brownie Blizzard was delicious (and they did the upside down tip as is the DQ custom) nice little spot near Kipling station. I'll need to try the butterscotch next time.
I love the hotdogs they are always hot and fresh. The other day I wanted 6 hotdogs and you had no buns
My favorite place to go after a mental health drive after sobbing profusely. The workers are great, keep on rockin in the free world.
Been over two years since we've hit this location. We said we wouldn't return but unfortunately there are almost no DQ's left that serve hot food (ie: Burgs, childhood favorite of my partner).Nothing has changed. Location is still a yard sale. Dirty, messy. Saw some paint buckets so at least it looks like they are finally putting some $ into it but honestly, just clean the damn place. I use to work in food service -all positions so I know what to look for. Still a hard fail. Equipment needs servicing. 'Blizzard'? ...more like 'Surry'. Also when customers show up maybe ....don't continue sweeping or minutes on end and instead acknowledged you have customers. Lazy.
Got some coupons in the mailbox, it was worth the visit.Personally I liked banana split. It was awesome.Packaging was good for takeout.
I like the staff here. They are friendly and quick!
DQ, 50 plus years of always a fun and tasty treat.
Great service. The Blizzard I bought was also fantastic.
my wife and I ordered blizzards... it stood the upside down test but surprised they didn't slip right out from how soupy they were almost immediately. chocolate chip cookie dough was just a discolored white.. my 4 year old enjoyed her plain soft serve, but its ice cream so what 4 year wouldn't.
