Drinks are yummy and service is excellent. But really? Are you guys serious?
The workers here are nice, friendly and work fast to get your order completed. No complaints and due to location and previous experience we go here consistently.I'm glad Coco changes their month specials as it gives us a chance to try new drinks at a discounted price.
These guys do bubble tea so Right I went to the location near islington but i purposley drive down to this location near lakeshore instead because they make the bubble tea perfect every time come here and buy ur boba they r great i promis you u wont be unhappy
Stopped this location for the first time. I had placed an order in the app and when I went to pick up my drinks were already prepared and were waiting for us. They made the March featured drinks PERFECTLY. ? Adding grass jelly to the roasted milk tea + red beans was an excellent idea ??Thank you! We’ll definitely return to this location!
Excellent location. The staff here are so nice, the space is spotless clean, drinks are 5 stars. Extra bonus points because we accidentally ordered the wrong thing and they replaced our drinks for us free of charge. We were prepared to pay for new ones because it was our mistake and they truly went above and beyond.
Good boba. Fast and polite service. Recommend the Pearl Milk Tea with less sweetener.
Lived in China for 3 years. Coco is my favorite bubble tea shop. Unfortunately, when I stopped in there were only two people working and they could not even handle the online orders. Waiting in line over 25 minutes! Don't stop here.
I highly suggest you avoid ordering your drinks online for pickup at this location. This location has never failed to disappoint me when ordering through their app for pickup -- it's been consistently that bad. This was my most recent experience:I placed my order of *1 drink* at 9:08pm. At 9:35pm, still no update that my order has even been acknowledged let alone ready for pickup. I decided to call at 9:35pm to inquire about the status of my order. One of the employees answered the phone and I let him know what I ordered (milk tea smoothie) and what time I placed my order. The employee asks for my name so I give him my name and his response is, "oh. It's ready." Immediately after the end of our phone call is when they send me a text notification that my order is ready. It literally takes me less than 5 minutes to walk to this location, and once I arrived, I received my drink and it looked like it was ready to be picked up 20 minutes earlier given how melted my "smoothie" was.Whenever I walk in to order, it takes them 10 minutes at maximum for me to receive my order regardless of how busy they are, but ordering online is somehow unreasonably longer. It seems that the employees are too caught up with in-person orders causing online orders for pickup to become an afterthought, which defeats the purpose of ordering online as it's no longer convenient and essentially has you 'waiting in line' behind in-person customers even if you placed your order before them. This just shows there's a lack of attention to detail, prioritization and time management that needs to be addressed so that customers online aren't getting screwed over time after time. Customers ordering online shouldn't have to cue the employees by calling and asking about their order before they come around to updating their systems so that we're able to receive notice of our orders in a timely manner.
I just tried this chain for the very first time today.Despite me not having bubble tea all that often, I can say that this was the best I have ever tried. Also the staff is very friendly.Its only a 10 minute drive to the west of me, so I am happy.I will absolutely be back.
