Every time I have visited Chop I have had an enjoyable steak. Will be going back.
We were there for summerlicious. We loved the ambience of the patio. The food was hit and miss. The crab cakes and french onion soup were good. My prime rib was good, but the other entrees missed the mark-- the new york steak was tough, and was more cooked than the medium rare that was ordered. The pistachio-crusted cod was a small piece of rather tough cod with some sauce laid on top, not really pistachio-crusted. Dessert-wise, the pineapple cake and new york cheesecake were both decent, but the chocolate torte was disappointing--there was too much mousse on top for it to be classified as a torte. Overall, it feels to us the food was not as good because we ordered from the summerlicious menu.
They were very busy : a bus apparently came in right before our reservation time to dine. The appetizers came very fast but it seemed that The mains took a while to come and could have been hotter but none of the 4 of us complained about the taste of our food. The desserts were very good : we are planing to return on the 28th to again partake in the summerlicios menu and experience.
It was good BUT... Went to Chop for my birthday dinner Food was great. But did I just experience shrinkflation? Had a large portion of prime rib (noted it didn't say weight ) It was delicious, but not as large as O remember in the past Prices are up. I totally understand that But want no NEED value for money Yes, I will be back

Great property, excellent food and great service!! I know food prices have gone up and staffing issues continue, so I should not be surprised by the increased costs, but $19.00 or more for a 9oz glass of wine (buy the bottle) and the default 18% minimum tip drive me crazy (weâve gone from the standard 10% to 15% to now 18% through Covid??). As long as the service and food quality is great, it doesnât hurt the pocket book as much, but a little relaxation on the booze prices and default tips might go a long way. Still, one of the better spots to eat and entertain customers on the airport strip for sure!!

I booked the a bridal shower for 10 at this location and the whole experience was superb!! The seating was extremely comfortable and our server Samantha was excellent! She was so friendly and patient. The ambiance was perfect too. The payment process was smooth and all the instructions were followed as discussed. Our entire experience was ð¯
