My husband and I tried ordering take-out from this place twice but we regretted the decision both times. The food was bland, poorly made, and definitely overpriced.
Just ordered the crispy beef via DoorDash and the actu5food is different than the photo they have in website. I am not happy about my odrer.
I like the food here. It's always fresh and tasty. I bought food here a lot and was never disappointed. In other hand, the staff reception needs a lot of work. I still give it 5 stars, because the food is always good then ignoring the not very warm/kind reception!!
I ordered number 4 combo and beef and vegtables seperate .The waitress didnt get it and gave me 2 number 4 combo one with veggies .I called the restaurant and she told would give a discount next time .I went today after 2 weeks and told the matter .She says I had to come next day itself lol . She even took my number name and all ... Not good
Ordered for 2. SUPER BASIC. Dishes were almost tasteless. 1 BEEF DISH, and also ordered Vegetable Lo Mein (EXTRA BLAND!) which was cross-contaminated with shellfish as my allergies were set off. Disappointing; won't be ordering here again.
The food was decent at this place. We ordered the plate 1 and the sweet and sour spare ribs. This was filling for two people which is really good. But the sweet and sour pork is mostly bones not much meat. The lemon chicken was amazing and we loved it so much. The fried rice was really nice and the chow mein was okay - we have had better in other places. All in all, I would recommend this place to others.
i used to order from here all the time but i moved so i stopped for awhile. I used to love it. decided to use uber eats and what a disappointment. The eight treasures veg was bok choy, 2 carrots and an onion....nothing eight about that and the crispy beef with ginger sauce had no sauce and was dry as dust. 45$ with the tip and threw it away. never again
Got vegetable lo mein and there was a literal bug in it. Won't order again.As someone with contamination ocd I'm horrified by the possibility that there could have been others I already ate before finding this one.
I ordered food to celebrate Chinese New Year. I was very disappointed. I can't express how disgusting the food was. They messed up the order. The shrimp was swinging in sauce. Just looking at it made me sick. The rice was dry and distasteful.. never again. They took long with my order, Initially when I called they said that they were very busy and it would be delivered in an hour and a half. In fact when the food finally arrived it was about 2 hours later. I called several times to find out how much longer for the delivery the woman on the phone told me another 20-30 minutes. Then proceeded to tell me she can't guarantee it would be delivered at that time either because the driver is out doing other deliveries, and she would have to call him to find out where he is. I argued with her about the price and they took 20% off.I ended up throwing out the food. A waste of money and time. I should have just ordered Wendy's instead.
Ordered Friday lunch...including chinese broccoli and general tso chicken. Food was fresh, crisp, flavourful, not greasy or too saucy. AWESOME, in other words. A request for no onions was heeded and the preparation (and delivery by Skip the Dishes) was lightening fast. Highly recommend!!!
