Customer service is not great (especially on the phone) for home delivery. She put me on hold for a really long time without first giving me heads up that she will do so. The lady was very impatient, rude and it's very uncomfortable trying to place an order in person or on the phone there. Food is ok but the lady thats on the front end taking the order makes it very unpleasant. Was too sick to complain so I let it pass but everytime I get food there (once in a blue moon) it's always unpleasant customer service

The food is good and the portions are huge.

This place was a total disappointment..food was stale. And saturated in old oil....my kids ended up throwing away all of it..I was shocked that they would even serve this. This is one of a few restaurants that I would never go back to. The food was just gross..to many good food places to even waste time on this

The worst chicken fried rice I ever had. It was tasteless, clumps of rice not even seasoned. This place is horrible, the chicken had no flavor. This place is getting consistently worse.

Ordered a tray of fried rice that did not taste good at all, rice or chicken. Usually a tray is good the next day but this one already started smelling a little funky the day of and was spoiled the next day. Doesn't seem like they give fresh food. Go to another restaurant!

I used to go here all the time as a child. I’ve come to realize that over some time, they’ve gotten sloppy. Today, I called in to order some food because I was craving some shrimp and rice. I let them know what time I would be there by, so I can have fresh food. The women on the phone sounded kind but when I reached the restaurant, it was a different story. There was a good amount of time for them to make fresh food before I arrived, but when I got there, my food wasn’t even ready (it was a to-go order). When I finally got my food, it was cold and stale. It got a bit on my nerves that I walked almost an hour in the rain just to wait for some stale food but I was okay with getting cold food because I was willing to heat it up in the microwave. When I reached home, I found out that they got my order wrong. I was okay with getting the wrong order because it was still shrimp. The price was a bit higher than usual but I was fine with that too. The man that gave me the food was a bit rude but it’s alright.What I am not okay with, is that there was a piece of something I don’t know, in my food.overall. The costumer service was alright, it could’ve been a lot better though. the food was not good and neither was the wait (especially not for a take out order that was placed over an hour ago for a specific time.)

why is no one talking about the rotten food.. everyone needs let the food sit a bit.. it wi start smelling. They sell rotten and burnt food. Ask anyone who knows about food. Our house was smelling with a "fresh" large plate of rice/chow min and chicken. Wasted $80 now I'll be contacting publinc health. I F'n told them I have little kids that might want to eatnthe food aswell. We all had stomach pain. I cannot believe the smell of last night. Not even 4 hours of the food being outside.

I constantly arrive buying some food here. I love the quick customer service and well cooked dishes. Great work.
