I order through app and when we arrive the food isn't prepared yet even though i put half an hour ahead of my order.food is cold and fries isnt freshly cook.thats not food its garbage!
Not all Burger Kings are equal. This is just one of a kind. The staff are polite and their service is Quick.
Went in for lunch today. The line up was long and very slow. Customer in front of me could not pay due to card being declined. They would not cancel his order or take my order. Waited for 5 min and still wouldn't take my order cause they were waiting for the guy ahead of me to pay. I ended up leaving and will not be back. Very bad service and very slow. Employees seamed very unorganized and not experienced in customer service.
Oh my God. I was the fifth car lined up in the drive through. Maybe another five cars parked, so assume in the restaurant. Twenty five minutes to get to the speaker to order. TWENTY FIVE!! Others were honking their horn, others left. When I finally got to the window, no one at the inside counter and four employees doing something other than serving customers. If I didn't like Burger King so much I would have also left. Is this way to treat loyal customers? All this at only 4:00 pm...
This location is gross... The inside looks like it's never cleaned, the bathrooms are a mess, the staff is very rude and VERY slow. They also ALWAYS mess up the easiest orders. This store in particular is getting worse over the years... I'll drive further to another location for BK in the future
Good environment and good food
Went here Saturday morning. One other person came in for a pick up. It took 20 minutes for 4 breakfast sandwich's! There were 3 people working and one on break. Drive thru was empty. After this ridiculously long wait I checked my sandwiches and found they omitted the bacon on one of them! Will never go here again. Zero stars if I could.
It's just the fries, no salt and none in the bag they are not the best but some salt would help, OMG can they put enough ketchup, burgers were good
Never coming back to this location again.I went through the drive-thru and placed my order at the window. Pulled up to the window, paid, got my drink and was told to reverse behind a yellow pole (about 2 metres behind the window). She made me stay there for only 5 seconds before making me come to the window again to get my food. When I asked her what was the point of that, she said something like "oh it's because of the timer" really? I was the only customer there. Never had this experience at any drive thru in Canada or across the world. Customer service is really strange. You pick up food at the window, not some imaginary line.
The owner of this location needs to be less greedy and hire at least 1-2 more people because as I sit in line I have watched 5 cars leave the line to go across the street to wendys because of how absurd the people wait times are to order your food here.The way it’s done currently is one poor lady is stuck taking orders and they can only do one person and order at a time and they don’t take orders until the single person they are serving is gone because of how much help they need. It’s not their fault but the franchise owner should be doing something because I can only imagine how much business this place is losing due to this. This is a location I come to mainly since it’s near my home so this isn’t the first time I’ve seen them lose business.
