Went with friends, got some 3 cheese baked ravioli and had to leave early due to time restraints of our own. Con season am I right? Still, pleasant staff willing and able to tackle the convention season and maintain a cheery demeanor are definitely worth their salt, so forgive them for sometimes neglecting the area you might be in as they work on a lot of tables at the same time.
The food was good but took forever to come out. One Waiter (who seemed new) was covering 4 tables and struggling to keep up. For example, we got nachos without our sauces and then we didn't get drinks for 10 mine after our food came. When we asked for the waiter to split the bill among the 4 of us, he made errors, charged 3 of us around $25 and one of my friends got a bill for $60. We asked him to fix it and he came back with 4 new receipts, still all wrong. We asked him to explain to us what we were getting charged for and he offered to call his manager. The manager came and yelled at us for keeping the waiter too long and not being patient. Even though we had 8 bills on the table for 4 people and yet all 8 were wrong but I guess we weren't being patient. When we tried asking her, she continue to tell us how we were not being understanding. She rushed us to pay the bill and advised us to not come back and go to Jack Astor's next time. I'm not sure how us asking for clarification of the bill was wrong and can't believe instead of apologizing, she told us to leave and walked away. The waiter apologized for her behavior and said 'she's always like this' so I suppose it's nothing new.
Boston Pizza provides an excellent restaurant experience at a very affordable cost. The service at this location is extremely polite and fast. We ordered two Mules and Cactus cut fries during the daily Appy Hour when these items are priced slightly lower. Our fries with deliciously spicy cactus dip were brought out to us very quickly by the staff. Our waitress was extremely attentive and continually came around to check on our table and make sure everything was good. I would suggest to try this location if you haven't, especially if you're a guest at one of the nearby hotels.
I like the location, but really too dark i got headache while looking through the menu itself, was seating near noisy area, we were hardly able to talk. Seeing a couple they should give us a two seat area which is not too noisy. We requested once but then they offer a different seat but in that same areaBecause they were not willing to serve little far then the reach.We choose this location of Boston pizza so we can enjoy the airplane and view of sunset as its best location but nothing worked for us as planned. The service was formal not friendly.I love the food so I cannot blame Boston pizza.Pizza were delicious. I admire that they gave us parmesan cheese on the side and i love adding it on my mains. I tried quencher first time but its not worth trying.Could have stayed on pop or sangria.
I really loved our visit to Boston pizza. Their menu is so good. Loved every dish we tried there ❤
We went there with a group of six people at a 5:30 on Sunday evening and they said I’m sorry the only table we have is in the bar I said I don’t really wanna sit in the bar so she said let me see what I can do she comes back two minutes later and says it’ll be about 20 minutes and we can see you I said sounds good three minutes later she comes back and says we can take you in right now but it might be a while before server is available for you I said no problem you explain that to me and I completely understood. Lone and behold five minutes later Our server was there taking our information and it was a fantastic meal kudos to the staff and management at Boston pizza will definitely be back
The food was incredible. It was HOT (everyone HATES cold food). We called in advance because we had a big group they accommodated us no problem. The service was also great from Jenny. We definitely recommend this Boston Pizza for all the reasons named above !It was clutch !!!!
Horrible service!! Not recommended at all! Went there for dinner, everything was fine at first and server gave us menu. So we ordered drinks first, and almost after 30 mins server came only with one drink n told us they r out of other drink! They were out of almost all of their menu drinks. For the food also, we had to wait too long, as there was only one person moving from table to table for serving and taking orders. We kept looking around, hoping for attention of server. Totally disappointed, not recommended at all!
I ordered a chocolate brownie and icecream dessert. When I got to the location they said they have no icecream and gave me this cold brownie, and covered it with so much chocolate sauce when I asked for Caramal sauce. They did not even want to give me my money back. The server was so rude she even told me to report it to Head Office!
I have never physically been in this location but I can tell you the service I recieved over the phone was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I had a very bad experience with the Queensway location (review for that location coming up ?) and this location not only made up for the other locations lack of manners they even wrote a little note on the order for me! It doesn't seem like much but it shows how much they truly appreciate the customers! Jenny the manager was absolutely incredible she is heaven sent and is the type of leader every and any customer based location should have. Thank you for helping me resolve my issues that cold January night and thank you even more for your warm gesture that smiley face put a lot of smiles on everyone here that night. You don't know it but you've stolen my heart from Queenways. Any physical visits will be at your location, Queensway is now a thing of the past?
