Great food. Simba is an awesome host. The platter was a great way to taste the menu and couldn’t finish it all. My Bulgarian partner approves of the shopska salad
Delicious, well-cooked meats. The fried cheese dish was delicious. Meat platter for two was $55, with small sides of chopped onion and coleslaw. Some meats were a bit on the saltier side. Brandy was amazing. Service was on point.
We ordered the food and everything tasted like back in the old country, only better. The Kremenadle was delicious! It was 2 beautiful large pieces of juicy porkchops, and melted in my mouth. With coselaw and potatoes. It was the best I’ve had outside of the former Yugoslavia or anywhere-honestly. And we travel all over, looking for Balkan restaurants, this one is the best! My husband had the karadjordje svinjska and he said it was so good he couldn’t remember the last time he had it taste that good. My teenagers each had 10 Cevapi and they ate all of them. All 10 pieces! The restaurant itself is not big, but don’t let that fool you. It looks smaller on the outside, but on the inside and where it really counts (the food), it is huge! We loved it and unfortunately only stayed in that area 1 night otherwise we would have been there each day! Great food, my compliments to Sinisa and the rest of the awesome staff and wonderful chefs there!2 months later we were in town again and decided to stop at our favorite restaurant. This was our second trip to Bonimi. We had 4 Shopska salads, 3 orders Cevapi and a Krmenadle and Lepinja so Kajmak. The food was fresh, the meat was delicious and service was nice as well. Thank you Sinisa! We would come to the restaurant multiple times a week if we didn’t live 4 hours away. We should have taken more pictures but it was so good the minute the plate touched the table the food was gone!

I used to be a regular customer at Bonimi. I felt it was one of the best restaurants in the entire GTA, or even the whole province. But sadly, I was unable to go there for almost 2 years due to the pandemic. When I finally returned to Bonimi last night, it was with great trepidation as to whether their quality had been maintained. So I was overjoyed to find that they’re still the one that I love! If you looking for delicious and unique food, Bonimi is still the one. If you’re looking for fast, incredibly friendly service, Bonimi is still the one. If you’re looking for casual, but stylish ambience, Bonimi is still the one. If you’re looking for reasonable prices at a time when prices everywhere are skyrocketing, Bonimi is still the one. There were 6 of us for dinner, and in addition to our mains, we had 4 substantial appetizers and a good bottle of wine. The total cost, before tax and tip, was only $273.50, which comes to about $45 each. You haven’t experienced the best in Toronto area dining until you’ve eaten at Bonimi.
Amazing, the portions are huge and the food is so fresh and tasty....if you love meat you will love this place....
Great Serbian food. The platter for 2 or 4 is a great way to taste different kinds of meats if you're new to Serbian food. Small and clean place. Service was good. Owner is nice.
