The person that answers the phone is very rude I didn't have the time tofinish my order and she almost hang up with out even telling me how much was for it. So I cancel the order, that's no the way the should treat the customers just because they are busy . I felt like I was asking for free food or something.
yelled at me and my friends just for asking if it was the right order. We thentold her because of the bad service we were never coming back and she swore at us.
Invest in some better containers ???? Also don’t stack small containers on top of lids
This restaurant is truly a hidden Gem!! for once in a life you will find a restaurant that provides high quality food and and not stingy with their portions!THE BEST Fish and Chicken Pakora in the entire GTA hands down! full fish pieces and chicken pieces and not just dough filled with little chicken or fish like all other Hakka Places!!!. I love everyone in the restaurant there pure jokes you cant let their sass get to you cause they work so hard! THE BEST HAKKA JUST AMAZEBALLS! Also very CLEAN and COVID PROOF !!
Good food with good prices with large portions. Takes 10-15 min to prepare your order. Customer service is average is not very welcoming and not informative but it’s the food that brings me back. Every little plastic disposable utensil and pocket of sauce ( soy sauce) is at additional cost. The 5 star rating is based on judgement of food.
The food here is awesome. The lady taking orders is rude and short with everyone; so you can't take it personally. But their food makes up for it. Hidden gem in the neighborhood.
1 Star, the lady at the front is really rude and disrespectful to customers.The food was okay, typical "Canadian Chinese food" nothing too amazing.I work in the area and avoid this spot on my lunch breaks due to the lack of respect given to paying customers.
I see people mentioning the lady being rude. Personally I only go there for the food and you can't dine in. The food is much better then similar style take out in the neighborhood.
Went to this place with a friend a few days ago after some construction work in the blistering heat.Man - the rudeness from this front counter lady. After you pay she’s like screams when you ask questions. Especially after you pay - she screams even more. We couldn’t stand it - we left.Place doesn’t look like it’s kept well with care.. Wish we noticed before we paid. Avoid this and don’t go. Public Health should do an onsite inspection!!.
