The authentic and nutritious food.The portions are big enough for the big and strong men. The waiting time is not too long. I ordered Chicken Kyiv and have been waiting for about 20 min. Unfortunately, there was no filling in the chicken Kyiv but still it was ok.All good was good and the staff was friendly.
I had a nice lunch, here. I share the same preference as the restaurant owner in the modern appearance of this restaurant. Comfortable atmosphere to have a meal. :)Chicken shashlik meal and borsch soup.The grilled chicken had flavour from spices.Bay leaf in the soup with beets. Sour cream gives the soup an extra kick. My first time tasting borsch soup. I like it.
My wife and I heard good things about your bistro so we ordered two meals last night, one pork and another lamb. Service in the srore was quick and friendly and the meals were ready when I arrived to pick them up.I have no experience with Armenian cuisine or foods prior to this time. Opening the meals was a big disappointment as there was no sense or any distinctive aromas . If I had been blindfolded when I started to eat I would have had no sense whatsoever of any uniqueness to the tastes of the different foods. The quantities were large but that alone fails to hide the lack of what we expected to be a new dining experience.The pictures on the website menu seemed to show a flat bread of some sort on the plates however neither dish contained that item. Overall a disappointing result for us.
Clean, good food and reasonably priced for the portions you get. They make real mashed potatoes and not that instant stuff a lot of restaurants use. It is a small business that people should support.
I'm quite adventurous with my food choices but tbh I've never had Armenian food until now, so I had to order a bit of everything!The Khachapuri is basically a cheese pizza on steroids. So thick, so cheesey and so fulfilling. If you're a cheese lover, this is a MUST GET! And eat it while it's HOT!! One of these bad boys will feed 2 people already, so talk about value! The dough is also ridiculously soft, making the whole dish heavenly.We also got the Armenian BBQ, I love my platters! The meat was tender, juicy and lightly seasoned. The veggies were so nicely grilled as well. I find that this went very well with the Khachapuri, complimented each other!Then we also ordered the Slow cooked beef Cheeks. In the past, all the beef Cheeks I've had were extremely soft and tender, and this was no different. The mash and the beef brought the flavour out of each other.It was a lot of food for 2 people. 3 dishes and it fed us 2 meals. Armenian bistro has set the standards very high for Armenian cuisine, and I can't wait to be back to try more! The store also carries grocery items that you don't see at grocery stores, how fun!
The meals had a great balance of rice, vegetables and meat. The rice was moist and buttery. Most places usually just put one tomato piece as the vegetable but here they also include zucchini, peppers, and onions. They have a special red dipping sauce that is sweet and savoury as well.

Great fresh food and service. Tastes like homemade mom food. Staff is very friendly and it's extremely clean inside. My family loved here very much and it is a new favorite now.

Don't like use Uber Eats often, but I glad it helped me to discover this place.Food was amazing, big portions, tasty.Also happy that I don't have to drive to North York anymore to get food I love
