I was a little confused about the setup of the spot but was told the current spot is a temporary location. Looking for some good food late on a Sunday and found this spot on Google, open till 10p. Food was actually excellent and the server was very pleasant. Despite my confusion about the location, I still give 4 stars because the food was so good. Be prepared to spend but I would definitely return on pay week nevertheless!?
Very delicious food. Portions are good but prices are a bit high... the staff is friendly but they only have debit or cash which is not very pleasant. The restaurant itself feels unique and authentic... its highly recommended for West African food... we will certainly try it again soon... they changed locations to a temporary one now which is too far and hard to find.
I wanted to try out of support but I got Weakllof rice and the portion size could have been put all in one small container but cost $15. This ain’t it!
For a first timer the Suya is bomb, it goes well with the pounded yam. The take out portion is very small, not worth the price. But will come back again
Hidden gem of TorontoI was looking for some African food when we came into town for a tournament and found this place. Not only was the food delicious, the service was amazing. We saw the reviews on this restaurant and thought how good could it be, let me tell you, it lived up to the expectations. I wish I could eat there everyday. Worth every penny
The food was suberb and the atmosphere was great... Tiffany and her husband were really sweet. If you are ever in Toronto, you should definitely visit. The serving portions and prices are very reasonable.
Had eru & garri (Spinach & some vegetable soup with cassava). It was rather spicy. It contained fish & assorted meat, which was a bit tough. The flavour profile was salty & spicy but that was about it
The Owner - the short lady has poor customer service skills and appalling attitude. You would think the food is free. Won’t be going there again and the food isn’t authentic Nigerian.
Their jollof is spicy but doesn't taste nice as I expected and it's pricey too. The barbecue chicken taste delicious though, thats why I gave it 2 rating.
Great place! Friendly staff and vibe!It is next door to the Glow Cannabis Dispensary too!
