I ordered my food in morning, the service was great. I would recommend to visit this store for fresh and warm food.

Best employees and best food ever. Manager Jashan took my order food was awesome definitely visiting them again. Loved how fast they were and still serves fresh and hot food.
Customer service was very bad and waitedthere for 20 min. Associates are rude. I ask for big bag as it was takeout & she refused saying that it is just for delivery orders . I asked her to pay but she refused for that. Need to improve alot with Customer service.
Visited on March 22, 2022 @ 7.15 am:Got less than half a container of poutine and fries. Asked for a replacement for both and the girl told me that they were supposed to only put those many fries in the poutine but would drop more fries for me. Half a minute later and she comes to our table with fries in her hands! Not even in a take-out bag! The fries looked so disgusting and were obviously not fresh. Ordered Spicy burger with extra onions and got TWO rings of it; not even a slice. Check out the pictures. The tables and chairs were all dirty, too. On top of it, the staff messed up the drinks and forgot to brew coffee. Would never go there again.
Never ever order from this place from any food delivery app, they have messed up my orders so many times Ive decided not to go to A&W altogether. Dont think they take deliveries seriously. A company like this should hire people with a better attitude.
Love this franchise but this location i think serves the worst food , as I ordered a beyond burger combo , patty was burnt , Diet Coke was flat(it was Friday 4th Feb , just incase you wanna inquire )and fries were also a total disappointment , I was surprised how could everything can be bad .
We love A&w. They make you feel welcome and get your food ready asap. Very delicious and great customer service.
