Very long wait to pick up food that had been ordered but wasn't even prepared when I got there.Responding almost 1yr later is an indication of how you're not all that interested in providing a quicker service. Hopefully you'll do better for other orders. #Fail

I called 24/7 Lounge and placed an order. I picked something that was on the menu. The item was $17.99. When I got there I was told that my order was $28.99. I asked why. They said that the price of food went up. I made her aware that I purchased the same item from them the week before and I paid $17.99+ taxes. I even showed her the menu that was sitting in front of me with the price that said $17.99 at the restaurant. I was told that they forgot to change the price. I will no longer be purchasing food from this establishment. Very dishonest and poor customer service.
So as y’all know I am a pepper soup connoisseur. So tried their pepper soup the first in October and it was one of the best I’ve had in Toronto. Then went again in December and unfortunately that one did not quite hit as good, it lacked the spice/flavour . But overall was decent compared to most in Toronto.Why is it so hard to find good and consistent pepper soup in Toronto?
Hmmmm not upto my 100% reliable.. booked a date at this lounge got there and it was closed knowing full well that I was on my way... I was so disappointed. Food is good good but not all the time.. have a great space and atmosphere.. Jim please employ staff that drive so they won't leave making driving hour to your lounge only to find out that the place is closed after informing the management of our coming... also where a certain type of tribe hold their Jaye Jaye party ...##owanbe ##owanbe pipo
Poor customer service. It's like they aren't prepared for customers. I did enjoy the nkowbi. I'll suggest takeout as the dine-in experience was??
