I don’t really think they care about their food and customers now. They increased their prices by quite a bit dramatically. They also don’t care about how they serve food now. Their Steak on fries is usually only vegetables no meat. And their taste definitely changed for the past 2 years. Hopefully after seeing reviews they change things.
Very rude staff! Particularly, Nasir is extremely rude. I have had 2 different encounter with him and both were very unpleasant and upsetting. I also heard him being very rude to other customers and yells at them including myself! One time I ordered 3 slices of pizza and he only give me one. When I told him I had asked for 3 slices so I'll just pay for 2 more slices, he said "No, you asked for 1 slice and you saw me taking out 1 slice, why didn't you say something then". He's such a miserable person and he's taking his bitterness/ misery out on customers. Not nice!Certainly not a family-friendly atmosphere. No smiles or friendliness/ pleasantness from any of the staff.Food is also mediocre. Pizza is dry and stiff. Burgers are not juicy and the burger patty is very thin and tasteless. Wings are also dry and overcooked so by the time you bite into it, not much meat.With so many halal pizza joint around GTA, this one is definitely not the top of my list for atmosphere, customer service and quality of food.
Their food is usually very delicious. But their prices have been skyrocketing in the last 2 years .I usually used to buy philly steak and chicken on fries for about $25. Now it’s gone up to $40.They say they adjusted the size. For the same chicken on fries which I used to pay $12 now it’s $20. The increase in price is unreasonable even accounting for inflation and price increase for the raw materials.Someone’s needs to open a similar shop nearby with reasonable price.
Normally come here to get Pizza - usually order the meat pizza. It’s amazing.This time tried the steak pizza - it was def a different flavour so a good experience :) I would prefer to stick to my all meat one.I also do order a regular poutine. Can confirm it is always fresh. Loaded with gravy and cheese. The gravy is Not overly salty as most poutine’s are so worth the buy.The prices here are pretty reasonable. Food is good. Location is fairly clean.Although this location has a lot of space for seating there is not really a lot of seating available.
They served me cold poutine and only heated the pan below it, leaving the fries cold as ice. Food sucks. Make sure they give proper food. Price too high. They wore no masks and no hairnets
Insane price increase for the most basic items you’ve ever seen. Chicken over frozen fresh fries is like 20 bucks!The overall portion is smaller too. This is all processed food from the freezer. Nothing is really fresh, so I don’t understand how they can justify in raising prices.Also the guys who work there are unprofessional and they think they are some hood mans. Guy answers the phone like he’s talking to his boy lol ?Lareeez shawarma right next to then have the same stuff, chicken over fries or rice and even the large size over there will cost you less than 15 dollars. These guys try to pull a fast one and think they can justify raising the prices but the quality and customer service there is the same. ???
I ate before taking a picture but, it was so good. I've ordered a few times before leaving a review and I love their pizza and wings, they also have amazing deals. They give you enough toppings, follow instructions and on time with delivery.Definitely my go to place for pizza and wings and other things they offer!
very disappointed ordered 3 regular fries, very dry,oily and salty paid each$4:20 for small quantity,very tiny looked like leftovers.Used to be a good place. Overpriced Avoid.
If there was 0 stars I would look for -1 and give it!! Staff don't wear mask and rude. Very very very slow like took almost an hour for a single Large pizza. environment inside store is very wired. Some side of the wall CN tower other side makke didn't really undrestood the meaning of a religious picture inside a pizza shop. No hand sanitizer or cleaning surfaces. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND HEALTH BY NOT VISITING HERE!!
We used to order here regularly. We love the food, especially the chicken on rice. However, they recently increased the price of each chicken on rice plate by $5. We were shocked to see the price suddenly go from around $13 a plate to $18. The portion was literally the same as when we paid $13. It's understandable how prices can inflate but by $5 a plate seems too much, especially when you order multiple items. There are other places that charge less and give good value.We have nothing against the restaurant or anyone. The problem is we really enjoyed the food but it's no longer affordable. Customers should be aware of such a price increase as we found out after the food was prepared and have been hesitant to return due to the price increases.
