She wasn't nice at all. She refused to make cappuccino because she's cleaning the machine and it was 9:05 pm! And the store close it 10 pm!
Not impressed with the slow service. Plus the food tastes terrible.
Not impressed at all. No cold beverages available most of the times. Staff really needs training. Lady who works over there is simply rude and gas no social skills to communicate.

Staff need Training, Served a me a coffee from a pot that had just started it brewing cycle ,Also on her cellphone ? the whole time,Never a manager on site
Some of the worst staff I’ve come across in a Tim Hortons. Never greet you or say thanks/you’re welcome, do not return a hello, sarcastically responded “do you see any donuts?” while pointing at the empty display When I asked if they have any donuts left. (Actually they often have the baked goods in boxes behind the counter which is why I asked). Hopefully management can think about retraining the staff to at least acknowledge customers and not act like we are making their life miserable.
Certain staff I guess prefer to only serve coffee and ice caps. So since this certain staff person started, there never seems to be any steep tea. The machine is always broken when she's working.
Terrible service given. Cashier was rude when asking for order and overcharged me from the regular price, for her "emotional damage". Please don't come to this location.
