Customer service is very slow and unproductive. Won't be coming back to this location any longer.
Very Efficient. They always hand you the napkins so u don’t forget. They have a centre triangle designed for u to wait for your sandwich orders. They ask u if u need a straw or other condiments. Top class morning ease
Spacious. Not great service but good enough to not spoil your morning mood.
Quick service, only thing is every time I buy an iced coffee from this location, it always tastes stale. The coffee may be fresh, but definitely doesn’t taste like it though
The key to Timmie's suckcess is their consistency. They NEVER fail to disappoint. Items that used to be meh are now awful.Ah lie?
I have been coming to this location since I was a child! Always loved the staff and atmosphere, service was always great. Decided to visit again on tuesday, january 4th around 3pm and had the worst experience with a cashier named Rafinder. Other staff behind the register was very very nice but rafinder specifically was rude.I had quite the order to put in but after saying one after the other she tended to roll her eyes and had no manners reciprocated while I was being polite and asking so kindly. After her very unnecessary attitude, I decided to hold back from ordering anything else and ordered more at another tim hortons.The owner or manager needs to retrain her for customer service. Will not be returning here any time soon. Truly, unwelcoming.

Gr8 staff very personable and pretty quick. If u come in ordering 12 coffees and do not use app then u slow your service and the others wait longer 2. Use ur Head!
Courtesy and customer service are very good. Front line people are treating our babies very nicely. At the same time over-all atmosphere is not children friendly. A group of young people work with smile.
You never get a good coffee two days in a row ! Tim Hortins has killed off all the competition and now they have only garbage service and food . Too over priced .
