If you guys are looking for hot and fresh food, please don’t come to this place. Staff first forgot my order and serve me with cold food and then told me that it was my mistake that I never reminded them.Trust me out of all Tims, this is the worst . I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. I hope management looks into this
Ordered and wqited as the employee was pulling trays and touching their plant based meals without gloves . Holding and playing with it in her hands ans put it back in the tray with other meats and told her employee to taste it . Meat shouldnt be stored together with plant based and shoulsnt be handled by hand without gloves then put back in to be eaten by employee . 8:42
Not the best managed outlet. Some staff were very friendly but the counter was under staffed while it sounded like staff were having a fun party in the back. Big lineup that frustrated folks. Housekeeping poor, washroom was very dirty.
Very poor Customer service. Staff can’t care less while taking an order. Have received wrong things in my order more than thrice.NOT THE TIM HORTONS YOU WANT TO STOP BY IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY TO GET TO WORK.
A very nice location for Tim Hortons almost virgin on Starbucks kind of feeling with high chairs and small tables. The current staff are very friendly.
I ordered my usual dark roast double double and added two donuts. It was very busy but the line moved quickly.
Horrible service.Ordered here twice. Both times error in order. They don't seem to know what products, sauce,ingredients, go in each sandwich. Cashier does not seem very smart. Repeatedly asking same question even though order was entered and is on the screen. Person preparing food not wearing mask.
Alot of folks enjoy a Tim's any time of day. Let's say you are hungry or in need of a caffenated beverages on the way to work. Stop at Tim's. Perhaps you are a hard working trades person stepping out for a break. Go to Tim's. I'm sure many seniors and the young alike find Tim's an easy and predictable option for an affordable meal, or just to sit back and chill.But..do not go to the Tim Hortons in the Leaside Village Mall because you will experience non of the joys you have come to expect from Tim's elsewhere. Just sayin'.Poorly organized staff resulting in unnecessary waits for coffee and food.They, like so many other fast food shops, place the importance of Uber eats before the walk in customers. Imagine your disappointment, like mine when you find out that the one woman making food has 25 egg sandwiches to make for take away before she gets to yours. Over and over again. My coffee is cool before I leave the place.This location has at least 6 people behind the counter performing seemingly random tasks with one person making dozens of food orders.This location is one to avoid.
Some Timmys are trash, this is one of them. Always busy and getting orders wrong often. If you like egg cheese and bacon without the bacon go here.
The staff at this location are quite capable of destroying your morning with their sh..ty behaviour. I am not sure why after so many complaints Tim Horton’s head office is not paying any attention to what customers are experiencing at this location. Very disappointed!!
