Super slow motion workers and there are so many of them.... Slow both drive thru and walk in... AVOID AVOID unless you have time to waste

Thank you for this nice place. I appreciate Maria, one of your staff ladies, very helpful and cheerful. Hire more people like her please.

I had a car accident today, came home late and forgot to buy Timbits for my daughter. I ran and reached at the door step 10 minutes before the closing time to buy Timbits for my daughter. The main door was closed, I knocked on the glass window to ask the cleaner to get me some Timbits. He signaled to go towards the drive through. I went to the drive through and stood there until there was no car. When the cars were all gone and there was no car the guy closed the window and went away. I knocked on the window but I was ignored.People say we are going to be taken over by robots, I say we have already been taken over by human robots devoid of any decency and emotions, which is more dangerous.

I ordered a spicy Buffalo chicken wrap combo with chili cheese wedges and an extra large dark roast double double. The food and coffee was very good. The staff were very friendly and the location was clean.

Delicious coffee! Get medium w three creams. You're gonna love it...

Well this is a pretty good tim hortons. They'll screw your orders up if you arent clear enough sometimes and theyre herbal garlic cream has been tasting off recently but other then that 8/10.

Very disappointed the way I was served. The server at the window put my muffin in a bag, my Boston cream in another that is how it always is... which I don't agree with as the chocolate on the Boston cream always sticks to the bag.Coming to the lady she stuffed bth the bags in my hot chocolate tray, and it all got squashed. I m sorry to give a review like this, but the staff needs to treat every order personally ... would u like ur order like this...?

My dad is in his mid 50s. and he doesn’t always order from Tim Hortons for himself. But this one time he did at this location, he took some time to scan the menu because he is not familiar with the menu (he was not holding up the line). The Lady told him “can you please hurry up? I have things to do”, in a very rude provoking tone, with or without a tone this isn’t what you say to customers no matter where you work. I worked at fast food too, you can simple tell the customer to let you know when they are ready, and proceed to do what you need to do. There is no need to be rude. The other employees told my dad that she is apparently rude to many customers and have gotten into arguments with them too. With that being said we are never buying from this branch ever again.

I was feeling unwell and cold on the way to going somewhere, so friend along with me drive through into this Tims location and requested for some hot water. Approx 7.45pmUpon the window, we were been told by employee: You can just boil hot water at home. How rude and inhuman behavior just for hot drinking water. Certainly customer service is not even important to these ppl.

I have been at this Tim Hortons several times pre-COVID and always had an uneventful experience. Products were always as expected and the staff was friendly enough.I recently went to this location and was shocked at the number of cars in drive-thru. I could have easily had waited in that awfully long line for more than 30 minutes.Instead I went inside and was out in less than 2 minutes with my order. There were no customers except me.I guess this is more of a critique of customers than the establishment.
