Pickup service is great at this location and the food is always consistently good. I'm biased as I love Swiss chalet and it's sauce. But wife hates the sauce but will still order the chicken as she likes that. Plus I get her sauce too, win win.
I had excellent service as always, all your staff is always incredible friendly, as soon I come to the door. Not only that I have been going there for years and every time the service is amazing and rhe atmosphere is beautiful.but as of the service today, it was excellent, like all other time l 've been there. The table# was 0061 and the check#688. She is excellent and very professional.
Curbside pickup was seamless though the wait time was a bit long. I guess it took her a while to dress up in her elf costume LOL. It's been a few years since we ate here because the portions used to be mingy. I'm glad to report that all is now back to its normal good self. Even though they recently went astray, it's really, really nice that they have renewed their quality standards.
It was actually my first time at this location and my experience was very upsetting.. I ordered a festive dinner with an extra sauce for take-out and headed back home. Only to find out that I didn't have any sauce for my fries and chicken at all. I ended up not eating my order for how can you eat it without a sauce.
My sister Adele and I had the best time there. Francis the waitress was really kind to us and allowed us to stay right up until they closed. It was one of the best birthdays I've ever had with my sister!
Had not been here for about 2 years.We enjoyed our dinner indoors. Well kept restaurant with tables being spaced apart .....The menu is limited until people start coming back again. People are nervous about eating out these days because of Covid-19......Whatever we ate, was good and will go again.

The servers are like sisters to me as I have known them forever. Always feels like I am welcomed when we walk in. Once again wonderful service.
