It is good on a regular basis, however they are rude once they become busy and can't handle the amount of annoying teenagers coming for lunch. And funny enough they don't even try to tell them off. Their main focus is delivery/take out. Then don't have a sit down restaurant if you are rude to your neighbourhood customers. I don't think I can order from here again. Hence the low rating. Customer service MATTERS.
Ordered the party tray along with miso soup and veg dumplings. Every item tasted awesome! Food was fresh, price was right and service (delivery) was prompt. Will order again!
Ordered pickup on a Friday night. They were swamped. Teriyaki chicken was undercooked and guaranteed the tuna and salmon rolls were rolled either early in the day or the night before. Lacked taste and texture. My kids refuse to eat there again.
Sushi, sushimi and rolls we have ordered from here have been excellent. Only issue was the Bento box Salmon was on the cold side. Overall quality is great.
Love this place. My wife and I have ordered takeout often since we moved to the neighbourhood a few years ago. Great taste, good quantity for the price, fast and courteous service, very consistent order accuracy and quality.

Extraordinary family-run Japanese restaurant. Everything was superb: noodles, dumplings, tempura, sushi, maki, sashimi...amazing selection of cooked and raw ingredients. Delicious but unpretentious. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Easily the best Japanese meal I have ever had (albeit, I've never been to Japan).
Used to be our regular spot, but we'll be looking for a new restaurant. The last straw was an order we placed on Friday at 7:15pm, order showed up at 9:30pm. We had guests that we were ordering in for, and had to leave hungry as a result. We got stuck holding the bill and neither the restaurant or Skip the Dishes is taking any responsibility. We had been a long time customer and had referred many to Sushi Bay. I understand a busy friday night and difficulties in the pandemic and all that, but a heads up or phone call on what was a reasonable delivery time is the base expectation here.
I order take out from here atleast once a week, shrimp tempura/dynamite rolls are the best!!!
