They usually have a large variety (in the past) for take out but did not during my most recent visit. On the pricey side for the small size (almost $2 per unit) BUT they are the best tasting samosas anywhere.
Amazing handmade samosasVeggie, curried veggie and tandoori chicken are my favorites, but they are all great,Fresh cooked crispy, light wrap with delicious filling
Staff are very unfriendly and unkind. Certainly not helpful. The samosas are super expensive for bite-size portion. They increased the price even more. It's not worth it for the size of the samosas and it's super oily almost dripping oil while eating. The crust is thin but has several layers so you end up eating more dough than filling. If you like your samosas crispy, you have to eat it almost immediately (I mean like in your vehicle as soon as you buy it) because after few mins, it gets soft and soggy with dripping oil. Forget about warming the leftover samosas the next day....super gross. It's like a balloon.... it deflate!1 dozen samosas for $18 or 6 for $9.50 with their new price increased. That's a dollar and 50 cent for 1 bite-size, greasy, doughy samosa!Sometimes they snuck a couple of burnt samosas in your order or if the samosas break apart while they're frying and the filling fell out, they don't throw those out. They sneakily pass it on to the customers in your order. They are much tastier and better-priced samosas around GTA!
Their samosas are always amazing. Please note that the prices have gone up dramatically. 6 months ago they were $13/dozen, now $18/dozen. I was caught by surprise.
4.5 stars. A small spot that is a grab and go spot. Expect line ups at times too. Lots of variety of samosas at a good price range. They come in bite size and more of the thin crispy shell than the bubbly thick ones. Fillings are very unique and also they do fill the samosas up from corner to corner. Their dipping sauces are also worth getting as they add another layer of flavour to these samosas. Chicken paprika was the favourite here. They are slightly more oily than most samosas.
Whenever I remember it, I occasionally go here to buy my personal favourite, which is traditional beef, along with 10 vegetables, and spinach and cheese. Although I’ve tried most of their varieties, the complex taste of traditional beef always hits the spot for me. Only negative thing to comment about it is just amount of oil the samosas have. The samosas have a crispy outer layer and the inside is filled with stuffing to the end of their samosas. It is deliciously aromatic, so don’t be afraid to go ahead and try their varieties to see what is your favourite one. Just remember to use napkins over the samosas if you want and to get their free dipping sauces. For me, the yogurt one is a great match to the spicy samosas!
Best samosas. Frozen samosas are very convenient to buy in bulk. Not a fan of the tandoori chicken samosa because the chick peas stay hard. Mutton is the best IMO
These samosas are the best! Crisp - fresh and full of flavour! Awesome
Have been getting Samosas here for YEARS!!! A great spot, hidden jem!!! Yummie!! Always friendly staff.
Love all the different flavors and sauces. Quick and friendly service. Definitely try the tandoori chicken and the spinach and cheese samosa...favs at our house.
